this is what I have:
- worn spellbook
- crystal
- black dye
- thickener

honestly I'm still pretty confused on how this works but just wanted to see if I can be of any help by posting what I got lol

here are my ingridients:
cyan dye
frog venom
jacks overripe pumpkin

i havent read the whole thread yet but i would also suuuuper love a pink potion but a blue one would be cool too. i could def offer my cyan dye + thickener for a lighter blue tone if this is what we are going for but ill wait what everyone else says c:
also i kinda like the idea of a crystal as an items but i dont care for the item that much ^^

Played around with the tool a bit ~ these are some of the options from where we are already ~
We could get a dusty pink ★(add 1 yellow, 3 magenta, 3 white)
We could get a burnt umber ★ (add 4 yellow, 4 red)
We could get a teal ★ (add 2 yellow, 6 cyan, 1 white)
We could get a lavender ★ (add 3 magenta, 3 cyan, 4 white)

dusty pink is cuuuute but aren't we a bit screwed on that since we already have a blue and black in the cauldron? i personally love the blue and i'm happy to work toward that, i think it would need to be pretty bright and have as much of a blue hue as possible though so it can be a lot different than the purple we have!

I'm honestly happy with anything, I'm the least decisive person ;-; I feel like the teal and dusty pink options seem most popular atm?

i think my most ideal would be a rly light yellow potion, which i know would get made fun of for being a pee potion but i think that adds to its charm

The cyan and teal mock-ups are so pretty.

I really like the teal, and in fact we could even go a bit brighter towards the potion mog sent earlier if that's what people wanted! Although we do have the dark blue base at this point anything is still possible, but it would be alot easier to stick at least somewhat to where we are already. It would let us use more thickeners on ingredients, too!

It's great that all the proposed ideas from @fennekins include multiple different dyes so people are more able to use thickener on something else if they have them!

also ty everyone for dealing with me being so pushy, i get very passionate about these potion pixels LOL ☺

edit: we should also consider doing more of a light cyan than teal, so adding on to the black and blue we currently have: 6 cyan, 2 white, and one yellow! View attachment 326517(#37A5AA)

basically that’s just a lighter version of the teal ahah
