☾ I had fun celebrating my birthday in ACNH this morning while I was prepping my island for the stream!! Which was mostly just picking my outfit and planting pitfalls ehehe—I think most of them got set off too! I’ll have to watch out for the ones that didn't

☾ Speaking of stream, I really can’t stress enough how much fun I had!! It really made this birthday special ;w; I really appreciate all the kind words about my island, the birthday wishes (during stream and also throughout the day on TBT!), people dressing up and bringing party items, and the really sweet birthday gifts!! even if I was a little slow to pick them up because even though I knew it was literally my birthday I was still going “oh these might be meant for everybody” skldjghjkdslfjgfdkh
I’m so happy it all worked out!

☾ Mistreil gave me art of Merielle in her Birthday Fair outfit just before stream started, which I've added to my signature!! She looks so cute and I love it!! ;v; I also just really love my birthday aesthetic and I'm planning to keep it through the weekend ehehe

☾ I watched some Youtube videos with my parents this evening!! We wound up falling a bit behind on SmallishBeans’ Wild Life series (and probably a few others too aaaa), but we caught up with his snail episode tonight! The screenshot of his and Lizzie’s snails together was really cute ahahaha

☾ And since it’s the middle of the week, we’re planning to celebrate my birthday IRL this weekend, but I got Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns as a present today anyway!! I’ve been wanting to try the 3DS SoS games, so I’m excited to play it sometime!! ;v;

☾ Aaaaand I did Pia’s Newlywed Mode and Another Episode in Rune Factory 3 Special, and they were really sweet! I’ve also just married Raven, and I’ve only got the rest of her content, Sakuya’s, and Sofia’s left to play through!

I had a mentally exhausting but also really helpful massage therapy session. We worked on some of my past trauma and how that's directly related to some of the physical pain I'm still dealing with. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off me by the end of the session.

I joined my husband and my dog for their afternoon walk! It was my first time going with them since before the operation. Tanuki was so excited at first, running back to jump on me every few seconds. Then, he got distracted by scents and completely forgot I was there. He was moving too fast for me to keep up, so I told my husband to go ahead. They got about half a block ahead of me towards the end and, even though Tanuki kept looking back at me, he wouldn't let me catch up. My husband said when they got to the house, he went running around looking for me. Apparently, once he'd put that much distance between us, he thought I had gone home without him and the crazy lady following him was a stranger.

My husband made tamagoyaki for me for lunch today. I think it's been a few years since the last time he made it and it was so good. He's practicing the recipe again because he wants to make it for Thanksgiving and I am happy to be the taste tester. He did overcook the egg this time (it was drier than usual), but not bad at all for a first attempt after so long.

I'm becoming a bit more active around the house. I helped with drying the dishes and prepping the recycling today. I wasn't able to completely finish either chore, but at least I helped.

today was actually not too bad at work it was a shorter day for the students but i held math club after schools and 20+ kids showed up! it was a lot of fun today. one of my past favorite students showed up too and its always so nice to see them

also submitted grades today and it is so nice when most of the kids aren’t failing!

Today I'm happy:
- Another clear, sunny day! The sun always boost my mood
- Much less annoyed about going to work now that I know I'm leaving I think I'll miss my current job, maybe I'll come back next Christmas...(only planning on working this new job for approx 9 months, just to save up more quickly lol)
- Made plans to meet up with my friend soon

Yesterday was so fun
The animation office was soooooo insightful!

I didn't wanna leave.
I mainly helped reception a lot and spoke to sone of the workers there, trying not to get in their way.
It was incredibly busy that day with many meetings, didn't get the chance to sit in one as most were confidential, but it was a lovely building. Not too big or small, enough room for all!
I definitely felt more at home there. They had lil merch of the stuff they've done, stickers of characters on their lil fridge.

I felt like I didn't do as much, but they said I was a big help, I guess it's cause I wanted to help a lot more?
I helped water their plants, did a post errand, washed up
