I have green eyes with gold flecks- so I suppose they're actually hazel, since hazel is kind of a catch-all for "multi-colored eyes".
I think they're unique and pretty, but I'd rather have brown eyes. Going out in the sun can be super brutal on my eyes and I need to wear sunglasses when I drive even when it's cloudy I can't imagine what having blue eyes is like plus i have MASSIVE pupils because my eyesight is quite bad, so brown eyes would blend in better with my big ol' black holes LOL
I have blue eyes! But I have sectoral heterochromia in my right eye, approximately a third of it is brown!
Also @everyone in this thread calling their brown eyes boring: stop!! Your eyes are gorgeous! They have so many different shades of brown hidden in them, even if they aren't noticable! They're gorgeous!!!! ;-; stop that!!
So dark brown its like black, it takes a LOT of light to get it to shine through (shining a flashlight directly on it will and you'll be able to JUST see the brown)
I've always thought of my eyes as blue, but a big majority of people I know/meet swear my eyes look more grey, so that's what I chose.
Also, I personally don't think those of you with brown eyes should think about them as plain. Brown eyes hold a secret when sunlight hits brown eyes, they turn the prettiest richest shade of reddish/brown (at least from what I've seen). Plus, if you're in a low-lit room people don't IMMEDIATELY assume you partake in the recreational use of a certain plant .-.
