Do Spider Crabs just not spawn on boat tours?

This is my inventory after 2 hours (300 catches) on a Cherry Blossom Island boat tour. I have good luck given how rare these catches are.

• I let Eloise move out.
• Crafted a Mini Golden Dharma, Golden Urn, Golden Decorative Plate, and a Golden Piggy Bank.
• Customized a Candy Machine and Typewriter.
• New Able Sister stuff is the Noble Pants and Sprite Costume today!
  • Bottoms went from 89% to 90%
• Oh great, that ****er Gullivarrr is here. Go away.
• Revamped my middle tier of the island that never had much going for it.

• Apparel Shop had a Full-Length Maid Gown.
• From the Able Sisters, I bought: Elegant Hat.
• Gave Pascal the 20th Scallop.
• Boat tour gave me an Orange Marmalade!
• Made 60 coconut juices.
• Redd at Harv's had a Moody Painting, which is 100% legitimate!!!!!
• Got another Liz! order today.

  • Housewares went from 83% to 84%. Wallpaper from 75% to 78%. Floors from 77% to 81%. Rugs from 92% to 94%. Headwear from 78% to 79%. Bags from 92% to 93%.
• Great day, and I'm finally wrapping so many things up.

I ordered some cute furniture for my right room. My main room has the white variant, whereas my right room will have the red variant. I had to reorder some furniture from my catalog, because I accidentally sold the ones I ordered from my catalog, like yesterday or something...

• Able Sisters had a Doctor's Coat and Bunny Dress.
• Maple Leaf Island from baot tour would've been a bust, but I do actually need an Olive Flounder to keep in my stock for when I get Thanksgiving recipes.
• Decided to do Lobo's and Apollo's HHP houses today. I wanna unlock the last of the soundscapes and Room Sketch App.

• Kicks was in town today! Got: new Cleats, Ballet Slippers, Kiddie Socks, Color-Blocked Socks.
• Able Sisters had a new Python Print Jacket and Baby's Hat. I really hate the Baby-themed stuff.
  • Tops has finally went from 89% to 90%. Headwear went from 80% to 81%.
• Saharah had a Hopscotch Flooring.
• Customized a Loft Bed with Desk, a Rotary Phone, Ring Light, Rice Cooker, Ring, and a Puppy Plushie. Tomorrow is the last few Miscellaneous items to customize!
  • Furniture total went from 85% to 86%. Miscellaneous went from 83% to 84%.
• Finally sent my 200th letter!
• Boat tour island gave me Fish and Chips recipe.

• Today is Kody's birthday!
• Got new items: Cycling Shorts, Petal Skirt, Full-Length Maid Gown, and Hot Dog Costume.

the other day and today:

- cherry asked to move out and i said yeppers. shall be hunting for katt soon
- got rid most things that were inbetween the resident services and airport, built some cliffs in a funky shape sort of way and moved shino's house within the cliffs. moved merengue's house to go where shino's house used to be for the time being.
- put some vines on cliffs + customised simple panels + bamboo floor lamps. bought some simple panels from the kiosk at resident services, then unlocked the nookphone app for shopping ;D
- hit up kapp'n for a boat tour, brought back some yellow + orange tea olive bushes
- withdrew bells from the ABD, bought customisation kits and shovels from the cranny
- banished the weeds
- placed some dirt path qr codes + transparent tiles around
- created a lil' new area for where punchy shall be hitting up in a lil' bit
- visited the roost + spoke to all the homies
- visited the campsite but got out of there with haste when i saw beardo
- updated my dream address

Paid the loan, I was sable to finish 30 house decoration at work woohoooo!!!! I am going fishing now since I am working on my fish and sea creatures inventory. I also plan to get rid of all the flowers, I have sooooo many that I have to take break from them. Hope to do more stuff.

- cephalobot's moved in!! created an area for his house which am grooving with c:
- completed redecorating my island entrance!! moved rowan's house to where i was going to put punchy's + added some furniture and sugarcane starts ;D
- moved punchy's house next to leopold's and added some cliffs + furniture
- moved hornsby + quinn's houses to the beach so i can revamp their area. removed all the blue + white flowers along the river near their houses
- put all the blossom viewing lanterns and plant partitions i had around my island into storage. in my orange paper lantern + retro transportation stop era
- redocarated the areas near the secret beach

I had one of my previous islands for over a year, and never got a villager's picture, not even Velma's, who I spent a lot of time on and would barge in constantly. Yet, I have only had this island for almost a month and a half. pp
