First of all, I totally forgot to play ACNL, whoops! But I still had fun.
This was my first year not going trick or treating. I wanted to this year, but I had no one to go with, so I stayed at home. It was relaxed, I gave out candy in as big handfuls as I could since not a lot of people come around anymore. Did some homework and art, watched a Jerma stream. Now I'm gonna play some OkamiDen. I still dressed up though, of course. A vampire this year!
What did yall do? I'm just curious. This was such an abnormal Halloween for me at least.
Where I live, we were under a Tornado watch because of passing storms.
But I was able to give out candy to the kids in my neighborhood, before the storm came by.
I sat in my living room watching T.V. while working on spreadsheets and occasionally getting up to give out candy. We didn't get many kids though, the weather was bad.
We also had a tornado watch and it was storming badly all night, so no trick-or-treaters were out. I went out to get dinner and traffic was horrible because all the parents were trying to take their kids to the mall to trick-or-treat. I just stayed home after that and played Animal Crossing.
I gave out candies for the first time. I’ve always been out of the house for past Halloweens. My cat was very popular lol the kids loved her when they saw her peeking out
It was relatively warm and rainy last night, so not great weather to go out in. Not that I was planning on doing anything anyway. I didn't even have a costume and had homework due at 9:30 this morning. In my only class today, the mentioned 9:30 one, people were complaining about how miserable they were last night due to the weather so I don't feel like I missed out.
Here Halloween was postponed until Saturday because of rain and high winds. It just didn't feel like Halloween this year without the trick or treaters and mom not passing out candy. This was just a very strange Halloween. Also my pumpkin rotted before we took a picture of it so that sucks. At least my sister and I went out for some delicious bubble tea and food. Also watched some really good horror movies and got to eat chocolate. The best part of Halloween this year was definitely playing with the villagers in ACNL. It was also my town anniversary so it was so exciting!
Had a ridiculously busy day at work (didn't even get a chance to eat my lunch), came home, downed a bottle of red wine and watched drag race with my dad.
I actually had a really busy day yesterday filled with classes and meetings, so by the time the evening rolled around I pretty much just talked with friends from here and then crashed.
