breakfast: bialy with 1/2 avocado and spread of cream cheese lunch: hainanese chicken rice (poached chicken, cilantro and cucumber garnishes, seasoned rice with soy and chili sauces) [takeout] dinner: egg and green bean scramble, spam, choy sum with white rice
breakfast: roll with veggie sausage and potato scone + tea
breakfast: vegan blt + tea
dinner: leftover sushi from sat, vegan prawn tempura and spicy mayo
Breakfast: Strawberry protein oats topped with muesli, greek yogurt, peanut butter, frozen berries, and a banana
Lunch/Snack: Pain au Chocolat with chocolate protein pudding
Dinner: Fried vegan mince and veggies spiced with fajita seasoning, in a flatbread with some red pepper hummus and spinach. Plus an apple and some dried apricots.

Today: Breakfast: Apple jacks cereal again Lunch: Pepperoni bagel bites and some cheetos. Dinner: Chicken wings with tater tots Snacks: Sliced apple, goldfish
Breakfast: Leftover roasted vegetables Lunch: Instant cheddar cheese grits, a few mini vegetarian sausage links, and a few cream cheese jalapeño poppers Dinner: Cheese tortellini with tomatoes, zucchini, black olives, and red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers sautéed in balsamic vinegar with garlic and oregano
Yesterday: Breakfast: applesauce Lunch: Corn dog and potato chips. Fruit punch Dinner: 2 1/2 five-layer burritos from Taco Bell Dessert/snack: Strawberry mango slushie
