What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

yesterday

breakfast: bialy with 1/2 avocado and spread of cream cheese
lunch: hainanese chicken rice (poached chicken, cilantro and cucumber garnishes, seasoned rice with soy and chili sauces) [takeout]
dinner: egg and green bean scramble, spam, choy sum with white rice

breakfast: roll with veggie sausage and potato scone + tea
breakfast: vegan blt + tea
dinner: leftover sushi from sat, vegan prawn tempura and spicy mayo
 
Breakfast: Strawberry protein oats topped with muesli, greek yogurt, peanut butter, frozen berries, and a banana 🍓🫐🍌🥜

Lunch/Snack: Pain au Chocolat with chocolate protein pudding 🥐

Dinner: Fried vegan mince and veggies spiced with fajita seasoning, in a flatbread with some red pepper hummus and spinach. Plus an apple and some dried apricots. 🥙🍎

Afternoon Snack: 3 digestive biscuits + a coffee :coffee:

lunch: uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh pizza egg rolls i think
dinner: hot dog !!!!!!!! 3 of them... and then an entire cucumber heehee
 
breakfast: a bowl of cheerios with 2% milk 🥣

lunch: skipped

dinner: leftover sausage stir-fry with smoked sausages, mushrooms, zucchini, red onion, red, green, orange, and yellow bell peppers, and white rice 🍄🥒🧅🫑🍚
 
Breakfast: Cream cheese bagel topped with blueberries and pecans, plus some extra blueberries on the side
Lunch: Veggie patty sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and pickled cucumber slices
Dinner: Roasted sweet potatoes, sliced vegetarian sausage, and red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers
 
Yesterday:
Breakfast: A bowl of apple jacks cereal
Lunch: A slice of pepperoni pizza and some potato chips
Dinner: Fiesta lime chicken with rice and corn. Water.
Dessert: Single scoop Snickers ice cream from Baskin Robbins

Today:
Breakfast: Apple jacks cereal again
Lunch: Pepperoni bagel bites and some cheetos.
Dinner: Chicken wings with tater tots
Snacks: Sliced apple, goldfish
 
For some reason I was absolutely starving today. I ate way more than normal.

Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Salad (spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, cheese and honey mustard dressing); Peach Tea

Dinner: Chicken chalupa, Five-layer burrito, Doritos Locos taco, and Nacho fries from Taco Bell; Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate & dark chocolate); Choco Extreme Brownie Blizzard from DQ
 
Breakfast: lemon yogurt with fresh strawberries and granola

Lunch: Sub meat wraps with mayo and mustard, cucumbers and radishes with caesar dressing for dip

Dinner: Stir fried rice with bacon, asparagus, mushrooms, and broccoli. Soya sauce and sesame oil for sauce and black sesame seeds for garnish
 
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt & berry granola

Lunch: Falafel w/ salad (recently discovered vegan mayo)

Dinner: Linda McCartney sausages, vegetable gyozas w/ peas & broccoli

Evening snack: Tiramisu, M&M brownie
 
I was super hungry today lol

Breakfast: Protein weetabix with granola, fruit and nuts, banana, and milk 🍌🥛

Lunch: 2 slices of buttered toast, one with strawberry jam, one with marmite 🍞🍓

Dinner: Bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and bistro salad. Plus an apple, some grapes, and dried apricots. 🥯🍎🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 digestive biscuits + a coffee :coffee:
 
Breakfast: Leftover roasted vegetables
Lunch: Instant cheddar cheese grits, a few mini vegetarian sausage links, and a few cream cheese jalapeño poppers
Dinner: Cheese tortellini with tomatoes, zucchini, black olives, and red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers sautéed in balsamic vinegar with garlic and oregano

dinner: 10 chicken nuggets, medium fries, and a coke from mcdonalds 🍟

dessert: mini caramel waffle bite cookies, and a homestyle rice krispies square 🧇

Lunch: Chicken alfredo with broccoli, carrots, red bell peppers and fettuccine noodles; Peach Tea

Dinner: Shrimp yakisoba with broccoli and other assorted vegetables; Dr. Pepper

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & milk chocolate); Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate
 
Breakfast: 2 Japanese rice crackers and a mug of green tea 🍘🍵

Lunch: Strawberry protein porridge topped with granola, frozen berries, banana, kvarg, and peanut butter. Plus a cinnamon raisin bagel. 🍓🍌🥜🫐

Dinner: Salmon + cream cheese bagel with bistro salad. Grapes and apricots on the side. 🥯🍇

Lunch: Corn dog and potato chips. Fruit punch
Dinner: 2 1/2 five-layer burritos from Taco Bell
Dessert/snack: Strawberry mango slushie

Dinner: Popcorn

It is not a lot, but I am working to lose weight.
