What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Leftover cheese tortellini and veggies
Lunch: Tomato and cucumber sandwiches with potato chips on the side
Dinner: Buttered toast and veggie lasagna
 
breakfast: a bowl of cheerios with 2% milk, and 1/2 of a peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich 🥣🥜🍓

lunch: skipped

dinner: a homestyle rice krispies square (i wasn’t very hungry today lol)
 
the only thing i ate yesterday was mcdonalds fries :[ i skipped dinner cause i fell asleep on accident.
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix, topped with dried fruit, nuts, granola, banana, and milk. Plus a mug of tea. 🫖🥣🥛🍌

Lunch: Pain au Chocolat with chocolate protein pudding. 🥐

Dinner: Chicken breast baked in korma paste, quinoa, hummus, and a flatbread. Grapes and apricots on the side. 🫓🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 digestive biscuits and coffee 🍪:coffee:

Lunch: Two apples (one green, one pink) and a peanut butter sandwich
Dinner: Brown rice with soy sauce, baked yellow squash, and sauerkraut with sliced vegetarian sausage

Lunch: Chicken fajita bowl (chicken, rice, onions, green/red/yellow bell peppers); Peach Tea

Dinner: Greek gyro, Jalapeño poppers, Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: Pomegranate & Raspberry Herbal Tea; 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & dark chocolate); Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate
 
I had some orange chicken with chow mein and fried rice for my lunch. Later, I just had some soup. It was the double noodle with some goldfish crackers. It was a nice snack before bed.

Dinner: Pork, rice, salad

Lunch: Tortilla wrap filled with spiced chicken breast, quinoa, hummus, and mixed leafy greens. Plus grapes and apricots. 🌯🍇

Dinner: Baked haddock with a little rice and veggies. 🐟🍚🥦

Lunch: skipped
Supper: leftover chicken thighs, carrots, and potatoes from the slow cooker
 
Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Chicken Margherita (grilled chicken, tomatoes, garlic, and angel hair pasta in balsamic vinaigrette); Peach Tea

Dinner: Chicken Tortelleni Alfredo (grilled chicken and cheese tortellini in alfredo sauce); Mango Strawberry Iced Tea

Snack/Dessert: Strawberry My Mochi ice cream; 2 Andes mints

Lunch: Same thing, plus a bowl of blueberries
Dinner: Pizza topped with vegetarian ground beef, green/black olives, and sauerkraut

Dinner: Tortilla wrap filled with beef, melted cheese, hummus, quinoa, and bistro salad. Also some grapes, apricots, and a nectarine. 🌯🍇

Lunch/Dinner: Grilled chicken thighs with a glass of milk.
