What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

breakfast: zzzzz
lunch: sushi, chirashidon & some veggies
dinner: BBQ woohoo
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: 1/2 of an egg mayo sandwich, a sandwich with cured meat and cheese, 1 mini brownie, 1 mini flapjack, a bag of Pom Bears, a mini cupcake, and a bunch of strawberries and blackberries 🥪🧁🍓

Dinner (I guess): Bowl of protein weetabix with banana, milk, and a little granola. Protein yogurt, a nectarine, and some dried apricots. 🍌🥛

Afternoon Snack: 2 digestive biscuits + coffee 🍪:coffee:
 
Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese

Lunch: Chicken tortilla bowl (grilled chicken, spanish rice, tortilla strips, veggies, and cheese); Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Steak grilled cheese burrito and Nacho fries from Taco Bell; Sweet Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate & dark chocolate); Strawberry My Mochi ice cream
 
Breakfast: Guacamole toast and a bowl of strawberries
Lunch: Veggie patty sandwiches with guacamole, lettuce, and Colby-Jack cheese
Dinner: Tacos with leftover ingredients! Same stuff as last night mostly, but we added some refried beans since there wasn't much of the ground not-beef left.

Breakfast: More leftover tacos
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, cucumbers, green olives, carrots, feta cheese, red wine vinegar), a small bowl of strawberries, a few cream cheese jalapeño poppers and vegetarian chicken nuggets
Dinner: Brown rice with leftover homemade salsa and vegetarian ground beef (we found another pack hidden in the back of the freezer heyoo)
 
I had chicken nuggets and fries from McDonald’s earlier. I wanted to try to the Grimace milkshake, but you could only get it with a meal. The shake actually wasn’t that bad, and way better than I thought it would be.

I had some soft tacos later in the night.
 
Breakfast: Extra Bold English Breakfast Tea (It did not agree with my stomach. I'll be careful around extra bold in the future.)

Lunch: Five cheese rigatoni in marinara sauce; Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Chicken nuggets, Waffle fries; Peach Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & dark chocolate); Chocolate milkshake with whipped cream

lunch/dinner: chicken stir-fry with mushrooms, red onion, zucchini, green, yellow, red, and orange bell peppers, and white rice 🍄🧅🥒🫑🍚

dessert: an aero chocolate bar 🍫
 
Breakfast: Iced matcha latte 🍵

Lunch: Protein weetabix with granola, banana, and milk. Plus some grapes and apricots. 🍌🥛

Dinner: Japanese beef curry over rice with an omelette on top 🍛🥚

Afternoon Snack: Pain au Chocolat with a coffee 🥐:coffee:

Lunch: 10 nugget meal from McDonalds
Dinner: Leftover 10 nugget meal from McDonalds
 
Breakfast: All Natural cranberry and pomegranate bar; grapes, raspberries, and blackberries; and coconut soya yoghurt.

Lunch: cream cheese sandwich; falafel; carrot & cucumber sticks and red & yellow bell peppers with red pepper houmous; and a plum.

Snack: ice lolly (courtesy of work!)

Dinner: fishcake, curly fries, and broccoli.

Lunch: Elbow pasta in cream of mushroom soup with sliced vegetarian sausage
Dinner: Same as lunch!
Dessert: Cup of hot cocoa

Dinner: Salad (Lettuce, chicken, bacon, strawberries, and cheese with champagne vinaigrette dressing); Peach Tea

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & milk chocolate); Strawberry ice cream in a waffle cone
 
we are not eating super healthy but that is ok because that is life right now.

breakfast: a pork floss bun
lunch: rice, smoked salmon, edamame, and stir fried burdock
dinner: rice, flavored seaweed flakes, and meat patties

Dinner: Spiced chicken breast with pesto chickpeas, hummus, flatbread, and spinach. Then grapes, apricots, and a nectarine. 🥙🍇🍑

Oooh, this thread is such a good idea for people who like to log the random, mundane activities of their lives and throw emojis around like confetti. It’s me, I’m people.

I had a goooood day of eating today. I threw health to the wind and ate whatever I wanted. A good way to start posting 😜

breakfast: leftover madagascar vanilla almond milk cold brew from panera ☕

lunch: hummus + falafel bowl with my parents! 🥗

snacks: frozen yogurt with reese’s cups and gummi bears with my mom! 🍦 chai with biscuits with my parents! 🫖

dinner: leftover hummus + falafel bowl 🥗, leftover carnitas + chicken tacos from my dad’s trip to the city sike, i was lazy and just had a banana 🤡 🍌

dessert: homemade brown sugar boba!!! 🧋

Breakfast: Cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese
Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich with watermelon pieces and blueberry green tea. (I’ll have to start drinking that stuff more often, man that was good)
Dinner: Baked tilapia with rice pilaf. Water.
