What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

breakfast: 2 slices of cold leftover pepperoni pizza from little caesars 🍕

lunch: skipped

dinner: pork chop, big potato topped with butter and sour cream, and brussel sprouts 🥩🥔

dessert: cookie dough brownie topped with mini m&ms from little caesars 🍫
 
Breakfast: Leftover roasted veggies
Lunch: More leftover roasted veggies and a handful of jalapeño poppers
Dinner: Last of the leftover veggies and pizza topped with black & green olives, sauerkraut, chopped jalapeños, and vegetarian ground beef
Snacks: Little bowl of pretzels, pecans, Colby-Jack cheese slices and green olives
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Cajun-style shrimp alfredo; Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Club wrap (turkey, ham, bacon, spring mix, tomato, cheese, mayo, honey mustard on a wheat wrap); Dr. Pepper

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & dark chocolate); Mango My Mochi ice cream

lunch: greek yogurt with lots of fruit and some mochi ice creams!
dinner: battered vegan sausage with asparagus and a tomato salad

i feel like the hot weather is making me ever so slightly healthier

dinner: borgor

i drank a TON of water, gonna keep it up today too
 
Breakfast: cup of tea, toast and coffee

Lunch: Sandwich, orange juice, crisps

Dinner: no clue, not hungry will get something (I will feed ds 😂💜)
 
Breakfast: Oat porridge, topped with banana, muesli, frozen berries, peanut butter, and nutella 🍌🫐🥜

Lunch/Snack: 4 banana scotch pancakes with protein caramel pudding 🥞

Dinner: Chicken tikka wrap with spinach and hummus, plus 2 nectarines, grapes, and apricots 🌯🍑🍇

Afternoon Snack: 2 BN biscuits, 1 chocolate truffle, and a mocha coffee :coffee:
 
Breakfast: Naked Thai chicken ramen soup.

Lunch: 2 McDonalds cheeseburgers. Coke zero.

Snack: flamin' hot wotsits.

Dinner: sweet potato wedges and popcorn chicken. Pepsi max.

Lunch/Snack: Pain au Chocolat with protein chocolate mousse, plus 2 nectarines 🥐

Dinner: Lamb kofta in flatbread with spinach and hummus, with grapes and apricots on the side 🥙🍇

Afternoon Snack: 2 BN biscutis, 1 chocolate truffle, and a coffee :coffee:

Lunch: Cream of potato soup and a few mini vegetarian sausage links

Snack/Dessert: 2 Dove chocolate pieces (milk chocolate caramel & milk chocolate); Chocolate milkshake with whipped cream

Breakfast: McDonalds hash brown (courtesy of coworker), 2 slices of bread, spice imperial tea.

Lunch: strawberries and coconut soya yoghurt.

Dinner: Singapore chow mein (take out).
 
Breakfast: Strawberry protein oats! Topped with raspberry protein yogurt, banana, peanut butter, frozen berries, and muesli (first time trying protein powder, and I think I'll include it in all my porridge from now on,,it was nice AND nutritious) 🍓🍌🥜

Lunch: Slice of toast with butter and marmalade 🍞🍊

Dinner: Lamb kofta in a flatbread with spinach and hummus, plus some grapes and apricots 🥙

Afternoon Snack: 2 BN biscuits, 1 chocolate truffle, and a coffee :coffee:
 
Breakfast: donut.

Lunch: skipped.

Dinner: takeout chips.

Recovering from a medical issue, so I don't feel bad about this.
