Dinner: Club wrap (ham, turkey, bacon, spring mix, tomato, cheese, mayo, and honey mustard); Dr. Pepper 🌯

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate 🍫

Breakfast: Protein weetabix w/ muesli and milk. Plus an apple. 🥣🥛🍎

Lunch: Slice of banana bread and a vanilla protein yoghurt. 🍌

Dinner: 2 slices of dark rye sourdough with smashed avocado, ham, a fried egg, and some bistro salad. 🍞🥑🥗🥓🍳

Afternoon Snack: 2 chocolate chip cookies + coffee 🍪:coffee:

Lunch: half of a sandwich and a few chips

Supper: chicken & potatoes

Oops: taro bubble tea, two brownies

Dinner: Red cabbage cooked with apples and vegetarian sausage slices with homemade oven fries on the side 🍏🍟

Dinner: Baked sweet potato topped w/ some turkey mince chilli, and corn on the cob. Then some grapes + prunes. 🍠🌽🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 ginger shortbread biscuits + a coffee :coffee:
