Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate
 
Breakfast: Egg mayo sandwich using homemade bread! 🥪

Lunch: Protein yoghurt with berries and a Snickers ice cream bar. 🍓🫐

Dinner: Homemade Japanese beef curry with rice. 🍛

Afternoon Snack: Homemade brownie + coffee :coffee:

Lunch: Banana bread, an assortment of fruit, and a bag of Skinny Pop

Dinner: Toast, Caesar salad, and rice crackers

Lunch: 2 slices of homemade toast with a little bit of melted cheese, marmite, and baked beans. 🍞🧀

Dinner: Vegan beef fried rice with veggies. 🍚🥦

Snack: Pain au chocolat with protein chocolate mousse. 🥐
