What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

breakfast: scrambled eggs and coffee. The coffee was chocolate flavored and I always add the teeniest amount of heavy whipping cream for my creamer and its SO GOOD
lunch: microwave chimichanga
dinner: (haven't that yet but) making grilled hot dogs and cheese burgers !
 
Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese 🥯🫐

Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, cheese and honey dijon dressing); Citrus Green Tea 🥗🍋

Dinner: Shrimp yakisoba with broccoli and other vegetables; Citrus Green Tea 🍤🥦🍜🍋

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate 🍫
 
Breakfast: Cream cheese bagels, one topped with pecans and the other with black olives 🥯
Lunch: Veggie potstickers 🥟
Dinner: Pizza with green and black olives, vegetarian ground beef, sliced vegetarian sausage, and banana peppers; and a bowl of mixed red/black/green grapes later on 🍕🍇
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix w/ banana, prunes, muesli, and milk. 🥣🍌🥛

Lunch: 1 and 1/2 slices of rye sourdough w/ butter and marmite, and apricot jam. Plus a raspberry skyr yoghurt. 🍞🧈

Dinner: Fish pie. Then had a satsuma and a nectarine. 🐟🦐🥔🍊🍑

Afternoon Snack: 2 shortbread biscuits and a little bit of dark chocolate, plus vanilla coffee. 🍫:coffee:
 
I had a burrito earlier, and some chicken teriyaki rice with noodles more recently.

Breakfast: Leftover pizza 🍕
Lunch: Veggie potstickers 🥟
Dinner: Tacos with vegetarian ground beef, brown rice, shredded Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce, salsa, and a little garlic powder/lemon juice 🌮
 
yesterday
breakfast - banana, leftover pizza (toppings were veggies and some veggie pepperoni)
lunch - the last of the pizza + mayo
snack - banana, bread and butter
dinner - prawns, sticky rice, courgette, cheese and a sauce (idk what was in it but it was good!!)
dessert - peanut butter

today (so far)
breakfast - banana, peanut butter
 
lunch: a low-carb wrap with 2 scrambled eggs, baby spinach, and cucumber.. oh and a lil mayo. I have been eating a lot of wraps for lunch the past few weeks to help me snack less and it seems to be working!

dinner: tonight i will be making some bbq chicken burgers with sweet potato wedges!

snack: had 1 small packet of mini oreos as a snacc. I do still snack, just in moderation now (sugar addiction is insane)
 
Yesterday was some cereal for breakfast.
A boiled egg and turkey bacon for lunch.
Ravioli and garlic toast for dinner.
 
Breakfast: Strawberry protein porridge topped w/ banana, muesli, prunes, berries, peanut butter, and yoghurt. 🍓🍌🫐🥜

Lunch: Slice of ginger cake w/ vanilla protein pudding. Plus a nectarine. 🍑

Dinner: Slice of dark rye sourdough avocado + tomato toast, w/ scrambled eggs and roasted chickpeas. 🍞🥑🥚🍅

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits and a coffee :coffee:
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Three cheese baked ziti; Citrus Green Tea 🧀🍋

Dinner: Cheeseburger and fries; Sweet Tea 🍔🍟

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars and the last of my Brownie Batter ice cream 🍫🍨
 
Breakfast: Brown rice with soy sauce 🍚
Lunch: Tacos with leftover ingredients 🌮
Dinner: Kale sautéed in balsamic vinegar, salad (lettuce, cucumbers, black olives, red/green bell peppers, pecans, carrots, radishes, red wine vinegar), and stewed brown rice and pinto beans with green and black olives, red/green bell peppers, a little bit of tomato, and vegetarian ground beef/sliced vegetarian sausage. 🥗🫑🥕🍚

dinner: tomato 😭
snack: everything bagel and pink drink from starbucks 😎

help i eat like garbage and wonder why im in a bad mood or tired all the time LOL

Lunch: Chicken tortilla bowl (chicken, rice, tortilla strips, tomatoes, onions, and cheese); Dr. Pepper

Dinner: Roast beef and cheddar sandwich, Mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce; Sweet Tea

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate, a few bites of the chicken my husband cooked in the new air fryer for his lunch (it was so juicy!)

Dinner: Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce 🍅🧀
Snacks: Mini pretzels/tortilla chips 🥨
Dessert: Black raspberry chocolate chip gelato 🍨
 
breakfast: toast w'/ avocado and an egg
lunch: goat cheese (covered in crushed pistachio, hot honey, and apricot jam) w/ pita chips
dinner: a very large meatball my mom made lol with red cabbage, and German dumplings
 
Breakfast: Special K protein cereal, w/ muesli, banana, and milk. Then a protein chocolate mousse. 🥣🍌🥛

Lunch: Homemade fruit scone w/ apricot jam.

Dinner: Chicken tikka wrap w/ spinach, hummus, cheese, and quinoa. Then had some grapes and apricots. 🌯🧀🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits and a coffee. :coffee:
