What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Yogurt with apple slices & cornflakes, a latte
Lunch/Dinner: Sushi with broccoli, spinach, and cherry tomatoes
Dessert: A chocolate chip cookie
 
breakfast - banana, toast, wensleydale + cranberry cheese, peanut butter
lunch - breakfast wrap, mayo, cheese, banana
snack - peanut butter, yorkie chocolate bar
dinner - chicken, leeks, courgette, potato, mayo, chocolate cookie
 
breakfast -Rice krispies, apple sauce
lunch - skip
dinner - corn on the cob, maybe stuffed zucchini later.
 
Breakfast: Brown rice with tomatoes, red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers, vegetarian ground beef, lime juice, and cayenne pepper, and a bowl of cubed watermelon 🍚🍅🫑🍉
Lunch: Same as breakfast
Dinner: Same, plus some tacos with leftover refried beans, cheese, lettuce, and guacamole 🌮
 
Breakfast: Blueberry wheaties cereal w/ muesli, milk, and kefir. A nectarine. 🥣🥛🍑

Lunch: Chocolate muffin with chocolate protein pudding. 🧁🍫

Dinner: Spaghetti carbonara w/ garlic bread. Then some grapes and apricots. 🍝🍞🍇

Afternoon Snack: 2 biscuits w/ mocha coffee. :coffee:

breakfast: turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich on white bread, and a mango loco monster energy drink 🥪⚡

lunch: “pomegranate passion” smoothie made with pomegranates, strawberries, raspberries, and vanilla frozen yogurt 🍓

dinner: haddock, white rice, and spinach 🐟🍚🥬

snack: cookies & creme granola bar 🍪🥛
 
Breakfast: Whole wheat toast with butter, mini vegetarian sausage links, and cubed watermelon 🍞🧈🍉
Lunch: Tacos with refried beans, Colby-Jack cheese, and lettuce; the last of the cubed watermelon 🌮🍉
Dinner: Roasted sweet potatoes, potatoes, white/red cabbage, red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers, and sliced veggie sausage 🥔🍠🫑
Snacks: Pimento-stuffed green olives, pecans, cheddar cheese, and konpeito 🧀🌟
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix w/ muesli, kefir, and milk. Plus a nectarine and some coconut kvarg. 🥣🥛🍑🥥

Lunch
: Homemade brownie w/ vanilla ice cream. 🍫🍦

Dinner: Cumberland sausage sandwich. Plus grapes and apricots. 🥪🍇

Afternoon Snack: 2 biscuits w/ coffee. :coffee:
 
Breakfast: Leftover roasted veggie dish 🫑🥔🍠
Lunch: A handful of peanut butter crackers and a small Oreo Blizzard from Dairy Queen 🥜⚫ kinda forgot to eat a real lunch today whoops
Dinner: Salad (lettuce, orange/yellow/green bell peppers, cucumbers, feta, balsamic vinegar) and vegetable potstickers 🥗🥟

Lunch: Pringles (the cheddar ones OOOOOh spicing it up.)
Dinner: Chicken Sandwich, with Pringles ( im a lil uh....food hyper fixated rn)

dinner: quesadilla with steak, lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, corn, cheese and red onions, and a pipeline punch monster energy drink 🥬🍅🌽🧀🧅⚡

dessert: 2 mini chocolate-glazed donuts 🍩

snack: watermelon spears, and a quarter of a chocolate fudge granola bar 🍉🍫
 
Breakfast: Strawberry protein pancakes w/ berries, a fig, and protein yoghurt. With a chai masala tea. 🍓🥞🫐☕

Lunch: Skipped.

Dinner: Beef chilli w/ rice and corn on the cob. Then had another fig and some apricots. 🍚🌽

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits + a coffee. :coffee:

Dinner: Roasted potatoes and sauerkraut with sliced vegetarian sausage 🥔

Lunch: Chocolate muffin w/ protein chocolate mousse. 🍫🧁

Dinner: Full English (sausages, toast, baked beans, and a fried egg). Then had 2 figs and some apricots. 🍳🍞

Afternoon Snack: 3 homemade ginger biscuits and a coffee :coffee:

Ohh today I finally had 3 proper meals so I can at last answer !
Breakfast: Chicory with almond milk
Lunch: Rice with vegetable broth (yum yum)
4pm: Hot chocolate with marshmallows.
Dinner: Chicken with almond (Indian version)
