Breakfast: Muesli, malted wheaties, kefir, and milk. Lunch: 2 crumpets, one with butter and marmite, one with jam and cashew butter. Plus strawberry protein yoghurt. Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese. Then some grapes and prunes. Afternoon Snack: 2 cookies and a coffee.

Today: Breakfast: Nectarine, prunes, grapes, and berries. Lunch: Takoyaki, inari sushi, hosomaki sushi, edamame beans, and some barley tea. Dinner: Skipped. Snacks: Chocolate muffin with chocolate protein pudding. 3 oat raisin cookies and a coffee.
Breakfast: Salmon and cream cheese bagel, a biscoff muffin, and a pot of tea. Lunch: Skipped. Dinner (?): Oat porridge topped with banana, cashew butter, prunes, muesli, kvarg, berries. Plus a nectarine and some grapes. Afternoon Snack: 3 vanilla shortbread biscuits + coffee.
I skipped breakfast today so I ate a big lunch (kimchi ramen and some left over beef/vegetables and rice. I added some hot sauce to it too). I'm probably not going to eat dinner.

Today: Breakfast: Wheaties cereal w/ banana, kefir, and milk. Lunch: Chocolate muffin w/ hazelnut protein pudding. Dinner: Seafood carbonara. Then had some grapes, prunes, and plums. Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits w/ coffee.
Breakfast: Cinnamon raisin mini bagel with cream cheese
Lunch: Leftover enchilada and tortilla chips
Dinner: Steak with mashed potatoes
Snacks: Mini bag of doritos, a piece of Hershey’s chocolate. Might make hot chocolate later (I know it’s warm outside, but I don’t care. It’s my comfort drink)
