What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: Muesli, malted wheaties, kefir, and milk. 🥣🥛
Lunch: 2 crumpets, one with butter and marmite, one with jam and cashew butter. Plus strawberry protein yoghurt. 🧈🍓
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese. Then some grapes and prunes. 🍝🍇
Afternoon Snack: 2 cookies and a coffee. 🍪:coffee:

lunch: brie and cranberry toastie
dinner: fries + paneer wrap
 
Breakfast: Biscuts
Lunch: Chips
Dinner: MMMMM MCDONALS

Lunch: Chocolate brownie lol 🍫
Dinner: Cottage pie. Then had some berries and prunes. 🍓🫐

lunch - chicken sandwich + mayo, salad (cucumber, tomatos, avocado, blue cheese, bolsamic glaze)
snack - peanut butter
dinner - pizza, mayo
dessert - flapjack, chocolate cookie
 
Breakfast: Cappuccino
Lunch: Corn on cob
Snack: Water melon
Dinner: Salmon, green beans, cabbage, carrot
Late snack: Not sure yet, probably humus on toast, maybe pickles.
 
Breakfast: Frappuchino and cream cheese crossiant. Extra coffee.
Lunch: Chicken and salad
Dinner: Eggs and hot chocolate

Dinner: Skipped.
Snacks: Chocolate muffin with chocolate protein pudding. 3 oat raisin cookies and a coffee. 🍫🧁🍪:coffee:

I skipped breakfast today so I ate a big lunch (kimchi ramen and some left over beef/vegetables and rice. I added some hot sauce to it too). I'm probably not going to eat dinner.

Dinner: Lamb kebab skewers w/ couscous. Then had some grapes, plums, and prunes. 🍢🍇

Lunch: Chocolate muffin w/ hazelnut protein pudding. 🧁
Dinner: Seafood carbonara. Then had some grapes, prunes, and plums. 🍝🍇

breakfast: blueberry muffin

lunch: sonic cheese burger. the meat was warm and the cheese was only half melted but i tore that **** UP

dinner: buttered noodles
 
Breakfast: skipped

Lunch: random assortment of veggies, chocolate cake

Dinner: Subway because I'm too lazy to cook

Snacks: small bag of popcorn, might have some ice cream later
 
Breakfast: Cinnamon raisin mini bagel with cream cheese
Lunch: Leftover enchilada and tortilla chips
Dinner: Steak with mashed potatoes
Snacks: Mini bag of doritos, a piece of Hershey’s chocolate. Might make hot chocolate later (I know it’s warm outside, but I don’t care. It’s my comfort drink)
