breakfast - banana and blueberry smoothie
lunch - turkey/avocado/kewpie mayo sandwich
dinner - spinach, eggs, and chicken with white rice
 
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: meatballs, cheese rolls
Dinner: sea bass, broccoli, garlic and herb roasted potatoes, smashed potatoes
Dessert: new York cheesecake and warm triple chocolate cookie
 
Breakfast: Rice krispies
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: will be mussels and French fries with mayo-Dijon mustard
Dessert: found Häagen-Dazs on sale for $2.47, salted caramel and chocolate
 
breakfast: scone w/ protein yoghurt + banana and some prunes.

lunch: homemade quiche w/ jacket potato and side salad. then had a caramel blondie.

dinner: skip

snack: chocolate chunk shortbread w/ coffee.
 
Skipped breakfast and lunch since I slept all day. 😭 For dinner I ate leftover Chinese macaroni, eggrolls, fish fillet, and macaroni salad. I had yogurt as a snack and drank some tea and water.

lunch: nothing
dinner: rice and stir fried shrimp
 
Breakfast: cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese
Lunch: sandwich with chips
Dinner: shepherds pie
 
breakfast: 2 hot cross buns w/ butter, a protein yoghurt. then some protein weetabix topped w/ milk, a banana, muesli, and prunes. 🍞🧈

lunch: skip

dinner: chicken and stuffing sandwich, w/ some grapes for dessert. 🥪🍇

- ate macaroni salad and Kraft Dinner for supper

- ate a PB&J as a snack

- drank coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate, and milk
 
breakfast: dark chocolate and walnut brownie w/ chocolate hazelnut protein pudding and a cup of tea 🍫

lunch: grapes, prunes, and a banana 🍇🍌

dinner: BBQ chicken pizza w/ some curly fries. 🍕🍟

dinner - salmon teriyaki with white rice, shrimp tempura rolls, wontons, greens

I go through periods of time where I eat the same breakfast and lunch repeatedly 😅
 
breakfast - nothing since i slept in for the weekend and didn't wake up until lunch
lunch - leftover kimbap and some spring rolls
snack - matcha latte and some sour gummy worms
dinner - vermicelli noodles with some spring rolls and tofu
snack - hot cheetos
dessert - vanilla & caramel ice cream
 
breakfast: bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee with creamer

lunch: mushroom swiss burger and fries

dinner: peruvian chicken with rice and broccoli
 
Breakfast: fruit muesli.

11:15 AM snack: 5 mini sausage rolls and half a cucumber with red pepper houmous

Lunch: homemade cream of mushroom soup and four slices of bread.

Dinner: salmon & tuna sushi (x6 maki, x4 nigiri, x3 sashimi) and chicken gyoza.
