breakfast - banana and blueberry smoothie
lunch - turkey/avocado/kewpie mayo sandwich
dinner - spinach, eggs, and chicken with white rice
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: meatballs, cheese rolls
Dinner: sea bass, broccoli, garlic and herb roasted potatoes, smashed potatoes
Dessert: new York cheesecake and warm triple chocolate cookie
Breakfast: Rice krispies
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: will be mussels and French fries with mayo-Dijon mustard
Dessert: found Häagen-Dazs on sale for $2.47, salted caramel and chocolate

breakfast : scone w/ protein yoghurt + banana and some prunes.
lunch : homemade quiche w/ jacket potato and side salad. then had a caramel blondie.
dinner : skip
snack : chocolate chunk shortbread w/ coffee.
Skipped breakfast and lunch since I slept all day.
For dinner I ate leftover Chinese macaroni, eggrolls, fish fillet, and macaroni salad. I had yogurt as a snack and drank some tea and water.
I made myself nachos, but I also forgot to add cheese. Showcasing my master chef skill set.

For breakfast today I had some tea and a bagel!
- skipped breakfast and lunch again
- ate macaroni salad and Kraft Dinner for supper
- ate a PB&J as a snack
- drank coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate, and milk

breakfast : dark chocolate and walnut brownie w/ chocolate hazelnut protein pudding and a cup of tea
lunch : grapes, prunes, and a banana
dinner : BBQ chicken pizza w/ some curly fries.
snack : chocolate chunk shortbread w/ coffee
several sugary cupcakes and a soda for dinner.
Poor decision making. Especially an acidic drink before bed.

Breakfast : fruit muesli.
11:15 AM snack : 5 mini sausage rolls and half a cucumber with red pepper houmous
Lunch : homemade cream of mushroom soup and four slices of bread.
Dinner : salmon & tuna sushi (x6 maki, x4 nigiri, x3 sashimi) and chicken gyoza.
