i named my island axolotl - found the name through sierra’s “island names for sale” thread and immediately fell in love with it lol

Laputa! I switched my character name to Pazu last minute, and as Laputa was one of my original town name ideas, it only made sense to pair them up. Castle in the Sky is my favorite film, so I'm pretty happy with it. I'm maaaaybe wishing I named it Eventide innstead but I'm hoping I'll warm up to it.

Wisteria growing up my bedroom wall was painted this behr paint colour called weeping wisteria and it's just pretty to me

I named my town Lavender.

It’s genuinely my favourite colour but I got the idea from Lavender Town in Pokemon.
My ACNL town was called Pallet so I decided to continue the theme. I’m really happy with the name so far.

i named my island wayward. there isn't really a particular reason; i was going to name a stardew valley farm wanderway and i was like, "isnt there a word that sounds like this?" and i realized it was wayward. wayward doesn't really mean this, but i thought it meant kind of out of the way, maybe straying from the norm, and idk about yall but living on on a deserted island is a bit off the norm. its also kinda like ur going a different place than u intended, and i was blindsided by the fact that our town is actually now an island!! and plus is sounds nice to say.

My island's name is Eden No particular reason, just wanted peaceful energy on my island, and Eden emits that entirely

I named my island Mistfall. I decided that this time around, I would go with something simple rather than something complex and meaningful. I just thought about islands and what can be found on it and thought of Waterfalls. Then I thought how some have mist around it. Put it together and viola. I think it's the best name I ever came up for any of the games in the series.
