It's good! I absolutely suck at making backgrounds, so the more amazing you are for being able to do these! c:
Maybe you could add a bus stop sign or something so that there can't be any misunderstandings ^^

I can see what you're going for. I would recommend using references. It looks like you're drawing purely from your imagination instead of practicing from life or photos. I think if you tried again using references it would improve drastically! Even if you're going for a certain style, it always helps to have images to look at while drawing/painting. I hope that helps and I would love to see more. Always great to see how people improve!

It does look pretty cute, yet I do have to agree that it needs some help. Mostly a sign and maybe a back to the bench?

Why are all the stars the same size? I would work on the bus stop too. It looks like you used the line/shape tool for most of it and then touched it up with a pen tool. The shading could also be fixed up. It's hard to tell where the light source is coming from since it seems to be coming from behind the cat, but the pillow shading of the cat says otherwise.
