• Guest, can you feel the love in the air? Valentine's Week at The Bell Tree has begun with a new mini-event featuring four activities to enjoy -- new and returning collectibles are up for grabs! Dive in to the love here.

What irritates you?

People being in my way.

People who play music out loud.

People who don't pay attention while driving and put my life in danger.

People who have bad hygiene.

Basically, people who inconvenience me irritate me to no end. I want to live in a remote village away from everyone.

There's a redheaded Sophomore at Greenwood High School, the one I go to. Whenever lunch is over, he sometimes engages in Janken with the closest possible person. I last saw this happen today.

I don't like Janken very much, not since April of 2012...

people who have no common sense
people who joke about depression/other mental illnesses

i mean these are basically peeves but still

Sometimes, just being in the presence of other people. They make me uncomfortable, and when they get in my way, I get angry very easily. I'm great at not saying anything to them though, except maybe "Excuse me". It's different over the internet when I'm protected by my screen and keyboard. I also get so tired of hearing about how everyone these days is either depressed, or has some other mental illness. Especially when a ton of them are "self-diagnosed", and have like 3 different illnesses, and they tell everyone about it. I gotta be honest, after going to high school with the people that I did, I've come to believe that most of the things I hear out of anyone's mouth is bull crap. Even the adults, people older than me, remind me of teenagers today. And it's awful.

Many things...
People who think they can correct peoples spellings on the internet, how do they know the person hasn't just had their phone autocorrect by mistake? Doesn't make anybody look clever to try and correct spellings.
People online who gang up on others also winds me up. If one person has pulled somebody up on something it doesn't need anybody else to come along and kick the boot in some more.

When a gold player in our team picks a hero like McCree. Like bro no you're not supposed to do that

When people call me a racist, homophobe, or bigot because of what I believe in or who I choose. I am more willingly to walk in a scary cave alone than to forgive these people. Some people on TBT even did this to me. I wanted to expose them, but since it's against the rules, I wouldn't do so.

transphobes
homophobes
xenophobes
racists
people who joke about depression/mental illness/ suicide
people who don't respect your boundaries
this one dude in my group therapy that follows me around and constantly asks me about what method i used to try to kill myself.

the list can go on and on tbh...

When people just want to make your life more difficult...
-Signing up for a store membership or going back to get/check something when you see eight people in line behind you at the register
-People blocking the sink at public restrooms just to fix their makeup while you stand awkwardly behind them waiting to wash your hands
-Cell phone users who choose to text in the middle of a hallway or while driving and go super slow/stop. (Happened to me just this morning. One guy just chose to stand in front of the exit door to use his phone)

People with bad hygiene, definitely my biggest irritation. If someone hands something to me and it's dirty, or their hands have been somewhere nasty before and I have to touch something they've touched, I get majorly triggered inside but I'd never be able to bring myself to comment on it. I carry a bottle of hand sanitizer for these types of things but sometimes I feel it's not enough. I never use public restrooms for this reason, you never know what kind of hands have touched the door handle.

Some of the most irritating experiences I've had have been on public transport. Like when the train is crowded during rush hour and there's always those asshats that take up a seat with their bag. I started asking people to move their things if I really want a seat but why do people think this is okay to do in the first place?

Another thing is people talking while eating, or eating with their mouth open. Just stop. Please.
