For tasks like cleaning and stuff, afternoon. Computer stuff, morning. Video game stuff, evening and night.
When I was working, night shift easily. People are less grouchy/uptight.

Honestly I just think it depends on whether or not I kick my butt in gear. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. If I don't motivate myself or get up and just do it then I normally don't end up doing some of the things I should have finished.

This thread is 3 months old but I am in the same boat as -Blue- here ^ lol.

Generally though, I have to have a "buffer" in the morning and at night - slowly start my day and build up and then at the end of the day wind down and end with something relaxing. That would be ideal for me right now, but I'd really just like to be the kind of person who can just get on and start their tasks immediately.

But If I am working all day the mid-afternoon slump hits me hard (especially if I have a big lunch too). Feel like I can't get anything done in there so I guess I'm more productive mid-morning to noon than anything else.

Afternoon for sure, I wake up at 7 and it takes me a while to start up and feel ready for the day. I’m like regigigas lol
Once I have lunch I’m usually ready to go
oh this has def changed, im much better in the mornings now! I'd say like 9-3pm is prime time. I still am a little groggy in the morning but not nearly as bad as before.

I enjoy working while the sun is still out. It's not that I can't work at night, but the night brings on so many complications, from being forced to mind the volume of whatever task I'm doing, to the weird emotions and anxiety that only happen during the night.

Paradoxically, however, morning is also when I find it easiest to sleep.

My life is a mess.

10pm to like 4am. I am very much a night owl, I can easily stay up in the late night to early morning hours. My ideal job is one that lets me work evening to late night, maybe even early morning. Its not safe, but it's the time I'm most awake.

Right after I wake up in the morning. I usually study Japanese around this time since I'm the most awake and not already engrossed in something else.

I'm the most effective in the mornings because its fresh. I become more and more unproductive later on in the day. When its evening/night I want to relax.

I'm most awake and productive in the early afternoon for sure, until about 5pm. Then I have another burst of productivity later in the night (if I stay up) after 10pm-2am.

Early morning from 6am to 8am. I start work at 9 so usually I'm doing prep work for that in the morning or doing other stuff. I'm absolutely useless right after lunch so if I can help it I don't eat lunch and just have a snack. Pretty much after I get home from work at 4ish I don't think about doing anything productive until the next morning unless I really have stuff to do.

video game-wise, i'd say morning or afternoon. i'm not really a morning person unless i'm going somewhere

For me it depends on the day. I think I can usually get stuff done in the morning, but then after lunch I start falling apart.

But if there's a big and important task I need to do, I can focus after lunch and make my afternoon productive as well.

Evenings and Early Mornings are almost never productive for me -- early mornings are for sleep and evenings are for relaxing!

The most productive part of my day is basically between 6 AM and 11 AM really, so I was between both of the top choices.
I clean and organize my house every single day, but only Fridays (but consistent day off of work) and other days off of work are always full of the big cleaning, other days before work is just quick pickup .
I do love being up early, and having two cats is awesome because they are basically my alarm to wake up every day at 6:30-7AM

Between 7pm and 1am is when I'm the most productive. I cannot for the life of me do anything during the day unless it's a requirement (work, school). If I work on my own schedule, I will do nothing all day and work (like WORK work or commissions) at the time frame specified. I don't know why my brain enjoys this particular time frame ?
