not to be basic but.. my phone. I never go anywhere without it - I have my ID in my phone case, and I have my card attached to apple pay so I usually do that instead of carrying my purse around. plus I usually need to text people related to where I'm going/what I'm doing, or I have earphones and listen to music because I hate walking in silence, or I need the camera.. so yeah. my phone for sure. aside from that I suppose lip balm!
probably my debit card, i haven't really carried change now in months bc pandemic so whenever someone wants to meet up for food it sucks when i dont have it on hand
gosh since i have some health issues i have a lot of stuff and it is so hard buttt
im thinking my pulse oxymeter, simply because using it gives me peace of mind

(speaking of lip balm my favorite is blistex's five star lip protection, that and eos's the fixer are the only ones that have ever worked for me. blistex is for every day, eos is for when i have a cold)
While my phone is clearly the obvious choice here, I actually have a ring on each hand that I haven't taken off for more than a few minutes in over a year. If I do happen to forget to put one of the rings back on after briefly removing it, my finger feels empty and strange. I don't think I'd leave the house without both my rings on because it'd bother me the whole day.
Must have for anyone with short hair. This product saves bed/hat hair without need for excessive washing, aids in styling (bye cowlicks) without adding too much weight to the hair, and the ocean scent follows you around. I've received a lot of compliments on it from the girls at work.
