What's the last movie you've seen?

Shin Godzilla. I'm obsessed with it and deeply enjoy the way Godzilla is portrayed. Every other Godzilla doesn't seem to hit that same type of lore.

yesterday i saw the colors within with my boyfriend. it was in japanese but there were english subtitles, i don't usually watch anime but i really loved the animation.

This suspense movie on Tubi called Sugar Mama. It definitely went in a completely different direction than I thought it was going to go given the movie’s description on the service. I would recommend if you like that sort of movie.

I saw Everything Everywhere All at Once. This is what Inception would have been if it was a comedy. It's a crazy mix of fantasy,sci-fi,Kung fu movies and wacky comedy.I don't think I would like having hot dogs instead of fingers.

I saw Flight Risk.

I wasn't the biggest fan, one one aspect started it kinda just lost it for me. I turned my brain off for it, but it wasn't my favorite. I was hoping for way more action, esspecially since I was in moving seats.

It wasn't bad, but it didn't really stick with me.

This may not be the right thread, but, instead of what I watched, I am planning a western movie marathon this weekend. So far I have two lined up... News of the West and Old Henry.

I will probably end up adding some early Clint Eastwood Westerns, unless anyone has some good suggestions?

So I did see Nosferatu , and I wasn't fazed at the epilepsy at all. I was kinda amused by it to be honest. So a huge thanks to everyone in my thread I made, thank you. Im very glad I took your advice, and decided to see it. To be honest I was craving some good horror too. But it was a pretty solid horror and I really enjoyed it.

I wasnt expecting some parts, but it never surprised me that things went down how they did. Esspecially the visuals, and over all cinematic experience.

My favorites being when Nosferatu's hand's shadow creeps across areas, and over a whole town. Its visually amazing.

That being said I saw Wolfman tonight which didn't have great reviews, but I did watch a favorote YouTube review it and she liked it. So I trusted her and I'm happy I did.

I loved it. It was a simple, predictable story. Nothing big. but the execution and the way it's done is really REALLY good. I like how the point of views are switched, and you see what it's like from everyone's point of view.

So I disagree with the reviews, I think it was great. I recommend it to people who want a good minimalistic horror. Solid.

I saw Flow,an animated feature about a group of animals trying to survive a massive flood by climbing aboard an abandoned sailboat. The animation is amazing with a very organic feel. It's like a painting that's come to life. There is no voice acting and no dialogue but the movie is still surprisingly engaging. All the sounds made by the animals are taken from the actual animals their characters represent(Except for the capybara. They used baby camel sounds instead).

I watched The Wild Robot and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice recently.

I loved The Wild Robot. It made me tear up a couple of times. It was a wonderful story.

I liked Beetlejuice Beetlejuice too. It felt like a natural sequel to the original even though I haven't watched that one in ages. Next Halloween, I might do a rewatch of both movies together.

Just finished watching the shining. Still don't understand how the fridge door opened.

My English teacher recently showed us Into the Wild, which is based on the true story of this guy who ventured out into the wilderness a long time ago. I cried at the end. 😢

Someone Marry Barry. I’d say it was mediocre at best and not my typical movie but it does a good job at being background noise while I cleaned.

Update: I just realized that I watched Wish on a plane in June this year.
Today I watched Moana 2. It was meh. Definitely not going to see it ever again.
Back in November I've watched Belle. I didn't like it, the story was bad.

This thread is great for keeping track of how often I watch movies.

I didn't even know this movie existed until I read your post. Thank you for this! I looked at the trailer and it looks like such a fun, cute, and captivating story.

I saw Ford v Ferrari, the story of the Ford Motor Company's efforts to finally defeat Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans race. Both Matt Damon and Christian Bale are great in this movie but I gotta say that Christian Bale is an amazing actor.I remember watching him in Empire Of The Sun back in 1987 when he was only 12 years old.He was the central character and carried the movie at such a young age.

You're welcome! It's definitely worth seeing and looks great on a 4K television.
