Will the ground be covered with snow at the same date every year?

I’ve had my first snow on Nov. 27. Not everyone has had their first snow yet.

When will the ground be covered with snow? Will it be the same day for everyone, every year or it depends on meteorological conditions?

It is the same day for everyone. And I think it will be the same day every year.
If I remember correcty, also in past games the ground was covered with snow the exact same day (I mean it's the same date for every game )

December 11th is one of the dates that always has snow every year, I still remember that from the guidebook.

Everybody's island will have a snowy day on December 10th. The following day, December 11th, everyone's islands will have snow on the ground. I have my weather seed and I looked at the next six years and this tracks as far as having a snow storm filled day on the 10th.

It'll snow a lot for everyone on December 10th, and December 11th is the first time snow will stick (I'm currently TTing, so I've got snow right now, and that's when I got it). Every guide I've said says this is the same for everyone. Not sure if it'll be the same every year, though!
