Getting a sewing machine, not sure about the model yet, but want to get a workhorse who will work for years. Got a ricecooker last year.... it has served me very well.

Alternatively I might get a bag or some other stuff instead ...

I acctually have no clue. I asked for a PC but my parents said that I can get one on my birthday, as I'm turning 13 then.

Supposedly, sewing machines from previous decades are more durable in comparison to newer models. However, they will require you to learn how to do some basic maintenance. Honestly, most sewing machines can last for years if tuning and maintenance are done regularly. Here's a link that may help.

What you should also consider are the features that you want the sewing machine to have. For example, it must be able to handle heavier fabrics, it can't cost more than $200, it has to be computerized, and the list goes on.


Also, good choice on the Hello Kitty bag. It so cute!!

Anyway, I asked for some books, clothes, earrings, and a game. I'm mostly just excited my mom doesn't have to work Christmas day this year though haha.

To whoever wishing for sewing machines, try taking a look in second hand/thrift stores and such, they might have old 'horses for good prices. We get em in once in a while and if they work they would probably last way longer than a new model.

My dad and I were just talking about this last night. He's been off work a few months bc of my mom's health and eventual passing (Died October 27. If I had 1,000 bells for each time someone told me "Sorry for your loss", I'd have my house completely paid off, and both the Dream Suite, AND Museum upgrade paid and completed. That's how many.) We all know that his boss is gonna hammer him with OT, so I think I'll be getting 4 Switches, and Hamilton NYC tickets. Who wants to go with me?

I was gonna ask my aunts and my cousins if they wanted to pool some money together in order to get me a carton of those Universal Game Cases so I have a much nicer storage system for my Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis games then regular old dust protectors. I've been planning on getting my paws on a carton (they only sell them in a carton of 100) for a couple years now xD

My merch I own is pretty evenly split between little twin stars, pompompurin, my melody and hello kitty, but I actually really like kero kero keroppi, but there's not that much merch out these days for my funky little frog. I think I'll buy some of this fabric, and make a blouse.

But I think I have a soft spot for my melody because of the anime...

There's not much I'd like since I know money is pretty tight in my family, but the Big Thing I'd like is a second copy of acnl! I have another town idea I've been thinking about for a while now, but I dont have the heart or desire to erase my current town that I've put so many hours into.
