ok so not gonna lie, Pancakes used to get out all the time from his old cage.... one time for like 24 hours, my mom called me while I was at a bar and I had to hurry and get home to catch him when she finally saw him on the other side of our house!

I was so scared I was never gonna see him again! so I'm so happy to still have him! our cat was sitting on my moms lap and they both saw him at the same time! they both lunged to get up and my cat scratched the heck out of her leg....

dang, that must be scary. I remember when i was a little kid i had one of those tiny turtles (that should be the name of some sprout show lol) and it escaped from its aquarium thing.. we found it dead under the couch cushion.
what the actual heck?? thats one of the reasons why it can be really hard to care for small pets ;-;
