i dont really want to distract town a lot but i guess i did so oops but i mostly just wanted doc/watcher to alternate on frosty...

You could have asked Dan to sub out yesterday. Asking us to kill you, if you're town, is just making us lose a day. and it could very well make us throw the whole game.

Also, "beacon of towniness but probably the deep wolf" for the player you replaced isn't really telling much.

I'm not debating your wolfiness with you. I strongly believe that defending yourself is the easiest job a wolf can do, as many things that are "wolfy" can have town reasons, and debating it can ruin thread health. If you're town then do solving outside people wolfreading you, engage me on other thoughts, it'll help me understand how you're processing.

Annika
I have limited play with Annika but there is a feel to her towngame I'm missing. I caveated this read because I was well aware at the late time I posted that last post that I was:
1. Tired
2. Unable to read all of thread and that if Annika is town it is moderately likely I'll come back and find that if I reread the full past days.

So basically watch this space I'll either revert that read or commit to it more completely after I reread.

Unravel
I remember seeing their posts but not remembering their stances, which is mildly wolfy. This is partially tongue in cheek because it's a very weak reason to scumread someone, but it's pretty much all I had.

Lily
The read is the first line. I do think Lily is towny. I was explaining that part because Lily is a weird state compared to other people I townread. I still think they're town.

its kinda partially on meta because i know of their history, ness opinion on dolby could change quickly. but anyway i think, assuming mafia fell for the belief that ness was doctor, they wouldve had to take the gamble on ness either saving himself or frosty

i guess they couldve just gone with that yolo gamble and kill him but that wouldve risked n2 of no kills, putting them further behind. they went for ness anyway which meant they were either okay with ness saving himself or they thought he couldnt.

The EOD's have felt towny for Betsy especially in treatment of Trundle(I think it was?) EOD1, and Dolby in general.

Also they have brought up the TN4U wolf theory with Dolby and if I'm right about TN4U/Dolby being w/w then them also getting that and trying to convince people is just ~a good look~

im not gonna explain again why i didn't like trundle reaction test. what happened yesterday with you had nothing to do with that.
you claimed someone softed a red check to you:
1) this needs a lot of coordination. me and dan needed like 5 posts to finally understand each other and the message was just "im doc"
2) if the cop softed to you, they didn't want to claim. you saying the cop softed was forcing cop to claim
3) you refused any questioning and we couldnt argue abt it whatsoever. hence "trust me bro"
i feel like i had my reasons to think this was all sketchy.

"you clearly are against reaction test" i am not. remember you did a reaction test on zinnia and i called your townie for that? you think i dont like reaction test intrinsically when i have my reason for these two specific cases

you thinking it's weird for me to immediately turn when you claim is because you just don't understand my thought process. i didn't think you were cop, i thought you were baiting cop out and you were discouraging town discussion. this is all anti-town. as soon as you claim you are cop, this all crumbles. if you want to say im dumb for not seeing that you were cop sooner, feel free to do so

I have to reread the interaction mentioned here but:
I vibe a lot with Volt's take here. Reaction Tests that are "I have x red" or other straightforward claims are good at times (Assuming real role doesn't cc you at the wrong time). There is a subtlety to it but it can be done well.

Saying "Cop softed to me" is not a good way. It's better (Esp as cop) to CLAIM cop with a check and try to convince people subtly that you're fake-claiming.

OR just soft to someone else so they can do it if they vibe with you.

Anyway, this is my diatribe about how to go about reaction tests and fakeclaims.

i have been reading what was posted. im still unsure who to vote for. the last thing that i want to do is bandwagon someone. im trying to play the game the way i think it was meant to be played. im so lost atm.

My advice:
Go ISO the wolf (Dolby).

Say if you think any of his posts indicate wolf partners, and who they are.

That gives you a grounding and a work-point.

The hardest thing when lost is to find a starting point.
