The injured soldier, Aaron, had been given a royal sendoff: wrapped up in white cloths, placed in a casket and pushed out to sea. People mourned their King and Aaron. They talked of how great King Khaled?s reign had been. They talked of how brave Aaron was, coming all the way out here from England to help them raise The Bellarbor.
But away from the wake on the beach, a man sat solitary in his tower. A sour taste lingered in his mouth. How dare they celebrate Aaron?s bravery when he never even stepped foot on the boat that left Port Anne that day! Why didn?t they celebrate the bravery of the men who actually left on that voyage and never returned?
Brian leant forward on the railing of lighthouse balcony, watching as the islanders danced around the bonfire. It blazed bright against the sunset, and as it went down the villagers became rowdy. And Brian felt goosebumps rise on his skin.
A huge wave crashed against the shore. The islanders screamed. Brian reached into his satchel, pulling out a compact telescope. The caskets of King Khaled and Aaron had returned to shore. The wave had overturned them and their corpses, now swollen with salt water, had been thrown out onto the sand.
What had caused such a huge wave? Brian shifted his gaze out to the water, only to find a thick fog had developed around the island without anyone even noticing. But past it he could see a large shape looming. He couldn?t quite make out what it was.
Then the bonfire blazed hotter. The flame grew larger, more vibrant, and a face appeared in the fire. She was menacing, her teeth bared like fangs, and her hair sticking up at angles, matted together into thick clumps.
?You have stolen what is mine,? the voice boomed, ?and now I will take what is yours.?
?What do you want from us, Thelxiepeia?? A girl screamed from below. Brian recognised her. Her name. What was it? It began with an L.
?Your lives in payment for hers.?
Then Thelpeixeia points toward the lighthouse. Above him, the lights begin to flicker. The whole building starts to rumble beneath his feet. And the last thing Brian saw was a bright white light heading straight for him.
PunchyDaHufflepuff was lynched. He was

Your lover, an English sailor, was on board the first boat that left Port Anne that fateful March morning. But much like Caliope Black of legend, your love is forbidden, and as everyone else embraced their loved ones you stood barefoot in the sand and tried your best to hold back the tears.
If you cannot see Jack again then no one else will be able to see their loved ones either. When you die you will cut the cords to the lighthouse. The ghosts will begin to arrive en masse and the town?s chances of winning will be greatly reduced.
Luckily, your paranoia means you?ve always got one eye open. It will take two shots to knock you out before this town suffers the consequence of your death. However, if you are lynched then it will be Hell on Maresalis Island.
Do. Not. Die.
Thelxiepeia has raised her ships from the ocean floor.
It turns out The Bellarbor wasn?t the only boat she sank?
And now they are heading for Maresalis Island.
THE GHOST SHIPS HAVE BEEN CALLED TO PORT.
Mislynching will cause the ghost ships to advance,
You may mislynch only twice from this moment onwards or else it?s game over.
Good luck, have fun, and may the best faction win.
Night three will end Wednesday March 28th (NA) at 4pm PDT/7pm EDT and Thursday March 29th (EU/AUS) at 12am BST/10am AEDT.
