Well in that moment I felt like you were coming in to derail the thread or something. Your posts weren't your typical self and I felt like maybe you were changing your tactics for some reason. But someone mentioend maybe you were tipsy so I guess I shouldn't have jumped on that. At this point anyone can be mafia so when I saw those posts come out of you on a day like today ( where Punchy is set to be lynched no matter what ) I felt like maybe you were trying to help promote random suspicions to encourage players to make a mislynch eventually ( assuming you are mafia ).

@Rune i kinda like the idea of making reads and then everyone posting them at the start of D4, i agree posting them during Night Phases helps mafia strategize kills and the less they know the before while they are trying to determine all that. posting the reads at the start of the Day phase would allow us ample time for discussion and debate.
im kinda leaning towards everyone just mass posting them like a minute before night ends, but ik that isnt really possible for a lot of ppl so idk.
Same. I do like the idea of a mass posting of them. 'Cause I am not sure who is going be next to get NKed. But... Like you said... Not sure if it would be possible.

i work most of the day tomorrow until an hour before EoD, i might be able to squeeze in a quick reads list, but if i can't i will definitely have one shortly after the Night post is made.
i was thinking that everyone could prewrite a reads list to post just before eon, but if ur really that busy then i guess its fine

It'd be good to blitz the reads a few minutes before EoN cuz we don't know who's going to die.
Either way, whether we do it before EoN or right at the start of the next day, it'd be a good idea for everyone to develop fresh reads so we all know our stances

if we do it right at the start of the next day we lose the reads of the ppl who die tho, hopefully if we post them right before eon mafia wont be able to change their nk accordingly

Caught up, although I skimmed a bit. Laughing at how all ya'll really think Tina would put a role that killed everyone who voted for a lynched person in the game. Even in the experimental queue. iirc Sunleth Waterscape was also unofficial/experimental in that she just had an extra amount of blues in the game and that might be the case here too. But that kind of OP role? I'm surprised this many people are actually taking the anxiety about it seriously.
And on the note about townreading Evan, I can understand why you would want to do that because of the no win condition thing and him being the first one to state it, but we already had a vanilla townie death in a death post so it isn't that bold. It does make him look slightly less sus in the way he brought it up but letting that lock him as town? He'll ride that all the way to the end if he is mafia.

Also I don't like how Kermit's only activity lately revolves around her offering herself as a sacrifice vote in the whole bomb paranoia discussion. I need more of a stance than that. Not that I expect much from her, but like Tom, she has the potential to take advantage of her meta of being known for being non-contributive as of late in order to coast.

theres honestly no reason not to plan around the remote possibility of it being a bomb, unless u think mafia might blitz? i totally agree that it makes no sense for punchys mafia role to be he kills everyone who votes for him, but the possibility still exists and therefore we should try our best to play around it. its not like theres anything much else to discuss rn

Yep, agreed this is the best plan.
For people who can't be online to post their reads just before the EoN, I'd suggest holding them back to post asap start of D4 *unless* you might be a possible NK target - in which case try to post them as close to EoN as possible to give Mafia as little as possible to work with.

The whole thing is bonkers of course, it makes no sense from a balance perspective whatsoever. I'm going along with the vote-risk-minimisation thing at this point purely because it costs nothing and nets us further info - whatever the **** role Punchy actually has.
If it helps the peace of mind for some players, has no negatives, and gets us a lot of valuable info to work with later, then it works for me.

I'm going to try sleeping at a civilised time for once. I'll make sure I'm back before EoD. Doubt I'll need to change my vote, all things considered, but I will be here to do so if necessary.
