It is literally flavor text, explain to me how you could think that's a Messenger message when:
1. Tina put no quote around it
2. There isn't any "message" in the day 2 post
3. The message you say in the day 1 post pertains directly to the flavor of the story

2. Messenger could have forgot to send in actions, if the messenger is scum, a theory I have is kind of like a JoaT, with the messenger being able to RB or frame or smth
3. Tbh, it could link to the messenger's role. Or Tina made them have to make the message related to the flavor text in their Role PM.
