I think you might just be on cooldown—the cap for this round is 600 (technically 602 I think for wiggle room) so you should be able to earn more confetti in a few hours!

Looks like the cap is slightly higher than 600 considering what happened last time. I was stuck at 99 but I was able to get to 101 for the last balloon
