Lel. I watched some of the re-run they did just now cause the timezones are so bad here lel and it was cool they had Gilberto Gil and Caetano Veloso singing though, they are good ^^
I'm not too fussed either way. I like sports and fitness, I can't do it as much now as I used to so I like watching other people. The Paralympics are always particularly inspiring. I won't be following it extremely closely, though. If it's on tv when I'm in the house I'll watch it, if not, it's no big deal
I usually really enjoy the olympics, esp. summer because I enjoy swimming, gymnastics, diving, track and field... but there was so much bad stuff leading up to these I'm not that excited. And the opening ceremony last night was pretty much trash.
meh, not really. watching sports (or anything at all really) on tv has never really been my kind of thing, so the only way i'd be interested in them would be because of the mario and sonic games... and i don't think that counts as being interested in the actual olympics because i'd rather play them than watch the olympics haha
I don't mind watching some of the events. It's fun to watch some exceptional talent in action. I wouldn't say I "care" though. I'm not rooting for any country or any person in particular.
Pretty uninterested in it these days. The drama and turmoil the host country gets is hilarious and sad. What a bunch of meaningless pointlessness and showing off meanwhile your country spirals.
