do you have a nickname?

Lisa is my American name, not my real name so technically a nickname. I’m not sure how my parents were able to enroll me in public school using that name since its no where on my birth certificate. It still confuses me to this day. I also have a Chinese nickname which roughly translates to little sister/girl in English, but only used by my family.

Why, yes! Some folks call me "The Lonely One", since I need enormous amounts of time alone in order to mentally recharge myself XD

People typically call me “Blue” in real life because my hair is always some shade of blue.

My online nickname is Choco, shortened from Chocopie22. My real name is Amber, one of my cousins a long time ago started calling me Amburger, then shortened it to burger and it's sort of just stuck. Only my really close friends call me that though.

The only nickname I have right now is my sibling calling me Chingling, since I like Pokemon and talked to them about how I was hunting for one. Well, it's a much better nickname than being called explosive fart (used to have a stomach infection, giving me that nickname)

gigi is my nickname!! but at school my friends call me genna. my irl name is long lol

franny is my nickname, so is just Fran. my full name is Francine but I'm not into it

My nickname is Mini, it’s used by friends and family, and my sister gave it to me when I was a baby.

My full name is Vanessa, but I often go by Nessa, Ness, Nessie, etc. Even Van or Van-van. There's a lot of ways to shorten my name lol.

Majority of online people know this by now, but I go by Skar online! c: IRL though, my nickname is Da. Short and sweet (since my IRL name is so hard to spell/pronounce LOL).

A teacher one time thought my nickname was Dub. This was way before the craze of the dub meme though, haha.

My close friends call me Jules or Jul and my family calls me J, shortened version of Julienne. I've always gone by dizzy with my online friends.

I don't really have any nicknames irl.

Online, I've ended up being Jirachi, Kirby, Ribbon, ect. It usually depends on what my username is.
Going to update this and say I do not want to be called Kirby anymore.
So anyway, with little to no context:
Jirachi
Ribbon
Adeleine
Marie

I would list Seastar but that's my username here so it probably doesn't count.

A few of the nicknames I've been called over the years along with what I think about them.
  • Vinnie (preferred)
  • Vince (acceptable)
  • Vincy-wincy (I don't even know lol)
  • Vinvin (only my besties <3)
  • Ray (middle name, plz no)

I don't really have a consistent nickname on this forum except maybe N64. I've had people call me 64, Nintendo 64, super mario, and even mr. mario lollll.
coming back for an update since it's been a year and a half. the nicknames above are still right (though I would add "super" to that list) but I now have my actual nickname on here which people can use to refer to me, which is Bug :)

My name is Rebecca, and i've been called Becca, Bex, B, Bec, Reb. I personally prefer to go by Reb though.

Hmm... Here's a list of nicknames I've had over the years~

  • Mel (pretty basic, everyone calls me this LOL) - 7/10
  • Mimi (preferred, love this name) - 10/10
  • Cheemer (one of my Twitch friends calls me this and it gives me serotonin..) - 11/10
  • Cheems-chan (my best friend calls me this LMFAO I love it) - 9/10
  • Melly (not sure how I feel about this one bc my Papa used to call me this a LOT and I miss him lol) - 6/10
  • Meems (love this name so bad) - 10/10
  • Ree (my sister calls me this, because I used to go by a different name at one point and I still love being called this LOL) - 8/10

Yep! I have a few. ^^

Sometimes my parents call me "Lou-Lou" or "Shawna Lou", and my close online friends call me "Shae-Shae" sometimes. ^^

Yeah, it's Nami

No and I am not a fan of nicknames because I was made fun of in school for it. I don't wanna say what it is.

I used to be called cursewords a lot of times growing up lol. I guess that's as far as I got to nicknames.
