I have one, but after I completed Super Mario Odyssey it's just been sitting around collecting dust. I bought it for Splatoon 2 but couldn't be bothered to pay the online fee.
I currently don't have one since I waiting a bit for a new AC game to be announced and to see if the possible Switch revision rumor was true or not. Since both turned out to happen (hurray for the first one and disappointed about the results of the other), I plan on getting me a regular Switch model in the very near future (I plan on getting the Mario red joycon one since it would match with my Gundam Char Gamecube super well and also because red is my favorite color)!
I've had one for a while now. It definitely gets a lot of use in my house, and I'm probably going to be getting a second so my boyfriend and I can play pokemon at the same time. I'm also not planning on sharing a console with him once AC comes out and it's just not fair for him to never be able to play any of his games.
Not yet, but I'm saving towards the Animal Crossing release next year. By which time, Nintendo may decide to issue some sort of bundle. I don't think I would use the console for anything else, besides playing the beloved New Horizon. I would be surprised if they don't though as bundles were introduced with the last consoles (2DS, 3DS)
My brother actually bought one at Christmas, and he never has the time to play it, perhaps I could just nab his one once he gets bored of it.
Edit: Either that, or I'll buy a used console on someplace like Ebay and purchase the game brand new separately.
I bought the red and blue one quite recently and I've been enjoying it so far. It's so sleek. When I went to buy one, I was originally planning to buy just Let's Go Eevee at first, but I ended up getting a free game as a bonus: Harvest Moon: Light of Hope, though I haven't tried it out yet.
Yes, got one for Christmas. It's been a lot of fun, though I've only been playing the basics (BotW, PLG & MK8) so far. I just can't wait for Animal Crossing on it and I'm still somewhat interested in the new Pok?mon too. I really like how many different games are on there.
my main reason is that the switch library isn't anything amazing, at least for me. the big ones like super mario odyssey, botw and smash ultimate are decent games, but i don't enjoy them as much as other people have. but now more games like astral chain and three houses have peaked my interest so i might not regret it as much if they turn out to be good. basically it's more of a personal thing than thinking it's not worth it for anyone else
