Do you multitask whilst playing Animal Crossing?

I like to listen to podcasts while playing. Lately I listen to MBMBAM but I turn game grumps on sometimes too. Its hard for me to watch a show while playing tho

I multitask only when grinding for seasonal DIYs. I leave my game open while I work, checking up on balloons every 5 minutes. But those grinding days are over now, thankfully.

Not actively. Beyond listening to music while I terraform, I‘ll sometimes pause to look up things I was planning on buying or browse forums, but I’m currently playing in short enough bursts where I’ll focus on the game for 10-15 minutes, close it, and then do something else.

I like the acnh soundtrack and I prefer to have that playing over YouTube background noise. I’m also pretty terrible at multitasking so if something is playing on YouTube I’d be too distracted or tempted to watch it.

I like to play ACNH when I'm hanging out with my rats. They, however, do not like this.
They are very jealous and hate it when I am distracted by the big boxy thing with moving pictures. They get jealous and like to chew on the little joycon thumb pads when I'm not looking. >_> I really need to buy some of those cute thumb pad cover things ha!

I always watch youtube video when on AC, or even play some game on my phone while just spamming a button when talking to some villagers haha

For some reason I can't multitask when playing this game. I have to be able to hear all of the game's sounds, music, etc. Can't have anything on TV because it takes away from my experience, can't be listening to music or anything. No idea why! I guess I just like to be immersed in it.

I do! It’s part of why I love Animal Crossing so much, I’m able to play it while also being downstairs and watching tv with my dad. I don’t need to have headphones on (unless I’m trying to fish haha) or be super invested in reading dialogue so I’m able to play it while also watching tv & chatting with my dad.

I do this all the time. I’m currently watching the vampire diaries (no spoilers lol I know it’s a little old but this is my first time watching) so I’ll watch episodes of that while I play. Sometimes I even play a game on my phone while I play animal crossing, like during the loading scenes when you go in a building or while the plane is flying to a mystery island I’ll play a match-3 game on my phone lol

I was kinda shocked by the amount of people that multitask! I mainly just focus of AC, but if I'm not I'll most likely be watches TV or eating a meal.

I like to watch youtube videos while I play, especially if what I'm doing is repetitive/boring like running around to find fossils or checking shops. But I try to split 50/50 between multitasking and only focusing on the game, because I find that I enjoy the game less when I rush.

Ohh yeah definitely, I have watch Greys anatomy a lot while playing too and replay every time it ends on Netflix hahaha. I also sometimes listen to pandora while playing specially when I play at night.

I'm not good at multitasking in general, but if I do multitask, I basically just do other stuff while waiting for people on nookazon to come over to my island to trade stuff or something like that

While I'm playing on my own, I like to just play and zone out with the game

I'm a huge multitasker in general, but I find it hard to watch Netflix while I'm playing, since I like keeping the sound on for balloons.

Occasionally I do. I usually watch youtube or listen to music :] Though, if I'm trying to concentrate on decorating something, fishing, catching bugs etc,, I can't multitask :']

I typically watch YouTube while playing. I'm not good at multitasking, though, so after a while I either end up focusing on YouTube or on Animal Crossing
