only if I desperately need to! I feel like a 10-15 min power nap can really help if I'm struggling to keep my eyes open.
 
Rarely! The only time I'll nap typically is after drinking alcohol.
 
I'm not gonna lie... I love taking naps. In elementary school I was one of those kids who never slept during nap time and it's honestly one of my biggest regrets. I'd kill to have that allotted nap time now. Typically when I work these days I get off of work too late to take naps so by the time I'm home I'll have to get ready to go to sleep for the night. But on my days off I'll happily indulge in taking random naps whenever I want haha. It feels so refreshing to be able to take a short rest whenever you need. If you do take naps, how long do you typically sleep for? Is there a specific time of day you like to nap?

i almost never take naps, i actially try to avoid it as much as possible... dont get me wrong i really enjoy them and i actually feel more rested after a nap than after a full nights sleep HOWEVER whenever i take a nap my sleep schedule gets completely ruined, even if it was a short nap. and it takes me literally weeks to get back to normal so i try to avoid it unless im extremely tired or on vacations lol
 
I hate naps. I just wake up more tired, and not knowing what is happening. Also my sleep schedule would get thrown off.
 
Nah because I feel so horrible after them. My skin feels sensitive and I get groggy the rest of the day, it's weird.
 
I usually don’t have time because of my work schedule but I always nap on my days off. I think I’m crepuscular.
 
Never. If I try to take a nap it only ever has two outcomes: I can't even begin to get rested in any meaningful way and feel like crap, or my attempted nap ends up turning into 2+ hours, after which I feel like crap. Either way I feel like crap, so I have no reason at all to even try to take naps.
 
I could never sleep during nap time either (possibly due to my ADHD).

Now, as an adult I accidentally take naps all the time...

I go through periods of napping and then not needing naps. Now, with my work schedule being in the middle of the day it's not very good for napping. When I do nap it's normally accidentally and for too long lol

Sometimes I'll lie down during my lunch break if needed but I've never fallen asleep during work (at least when I was an ALT it'd be pretty common for teachers to nap at their desks).
 
On the weekend. I wake up early after staying up late, but then I'm tired midday and sleep for two hours. Not really a nap maybe, I don't fall asleep fast.
 
I used to take naps but now I manage to keep myself awake. It's probably better that way because whenever I took a nap I kinda felt weak as well as grumpy afterwards and also had trouble to fell asleep later at night.
 
Most days if I feel sleepy I’ll have a nap.
Which is basically every day because I’m always sleepy 😂😂
 
I take naps often but that's because I have to wake up so early to go to my job and when I get off I'm just exhausted. I try not to nap more than an hour because any longer it could ruin my sleep schedule. I remember when I was able to not take naps and hated naps.. but alas.. I love them now.
 
Not going to lie the older I get the more naps I take.
Especially since I have a full time job and have severe social burn out :((
 
I try to avoid taking naps, not because I don't like them. I do, since who doesn't like sleeping? But whenever I try to take naps I normally end up just passing out for 3 to 5 hours and mess my sleeping schedule up.
 
I definitely do. More so as a teen/in college but on occasion even now. I used to struggle to have enough energy to get through the day for various reasons. I don't have this problem now but there's still the odd time (usually on weekends) where I'll feel a bit sleepy so I'll take a nap in the afternoon.
 
I try not to because it can mess up my sleeping schedule but I rarely take them when I'm just really tired and can't keep my eyes open. I really don't like them though =/
