Do you work out/go to the gym?

I used to gym with my roommate at my uni's rec center earlier in the semester, twice a week until we decided to take a Butts & Guts fitness class that was so much squats after squats and it left me super sore for the next two days that I didn't even want to go to school because it was so painful to walk (I was literally in tears trying to get down the stairs in the morning) and I think I just stopped going after that.

But I'm def going to start again next semester (just go my own pace this time) and maybe run on the treadmill during winter break
 
I work out at home with videos on youtube. I haven't done them in awhile though and need to get back in the habit
 
i take a weights class at my school, so that's where i get a lot of my exercise. i also try to take walks around my town when the weather is nice enough and i have someone who'll go with me.
 
i pay for a gym membership but my work schedule was so bad at one point that i just stopped going and i never got back into it. i also used to go out running a lot with my sister but then she moved out so i stopped that also, basically in conclusion i have zero motivation lol. i'd love to start at that again though, exercise is good for the mind as well as body
 
No, sometimes I'll work out at home or like go for a run but nothing very regular. I used to though, and it didn't make me look or feel any better honestly.
 
I need to do more working out. I do occasionally jog and eat healthy but I need to do more of it. My thighs are getting bigger.

I haven't for a week and a half because I was sick, and then out of town, but usually I workout at the gym or outside 4 to 6 times a week. :)
 
I used to quite often, but I've lost so much motivation it isn't even funny. I sometimes do sit-ups and push-ups but that's about it.
 
I try to but I haven?t been doing so great lately :( I use the time of year it is as my excuse I?ll do better in 2018

YES! I love the gym. I go six days a week and have been lifting weights since I was 19. (I'm 22) I've gained about 25 lbs of muscle. I know this because I still wear the same pants size and my body fat percentage has gone down. How do I stay motivated? I think of losing my muscles and being flabby, tbh. I want to be muscular. That's the thing. It's simple. You just gotta want it. You gotta make time. My friends either understand that I need to go to the gym or they go with me so it doesn't conflict with my schedule much

as for not feeling like a chore, it's all up to you. There's no trick to it. You will feel better once you get to your goals. don't lose track of that feeling, and make new goals. Make friends at the gym. get a personal trainer. Waste of money? Maybe. But if you get a trainer you will force yourself at the very least.

Nope. I do take walks when i feel like it or just go outside do stuff, plus random housework that's like exercise sometimes so yeah.
 
I at the very least try to do 15 minutes of exercise plus some yoga daily (which may or may not be due to a certain character in my avatar :rolleyes:). On top of that, I usually practice some dance routines hourly 2 or 3 times a week.
I like it because I'm noticing myself improving after just a few months. Back in high school I could barely do a single push up, and now I can do about 20 full ones without needing a break which I'm personally proud of. My stance for 1 yoga pose in particular has also steadied quite a bit so that's neat. Dancing is a bit strange but it's something that I started in... 3rd grade I think? Maybe it was earlier than that. Anyways it's been something I've stuck with ever since then. I don't really work out to look better (I've always been a twig), it's just kinda fun to do once you get started. Plus it's healthy and I barely move around outside of this so yeah.
I do all of this at home though. I've never been to a gym and I'm not entirely interested in going to one anytime soon.

Nope. Never worked out. When I usually want to do exercise, I prefer swimming!
 
no i dont work out regularly, i probably should but i don't care enough and i have anxiety haha

going to a gym would suck tbh because everyone from my school and my old school goes to the affordable gyms close to where i live, it already sucks to work out with other people around and all that but if they're going to be people you know???? i'd have a heart attack
 
I enjoy it but school has made me too busy to do it. :(

I did a pretty good job during this semester to dedicate 45 minutes throughout the week to just run or do other cardio exercises, even on exam nights


I did an hour cardio today. I feel good :3
 
no. i guess i should but i dont like working out in front of other people
my boyfriend goes all the time. he usually calls me and he's had a bunch of weirdos come up to him lol
 
The last time I went to a gym, I was towel whipped by some random guy. I work out at home now doing Blogilates on you tube.
