I have Agent S on my island! To be honest, the fact she is #2 when I don't have #1 (Kid Cat) on my island bothered me. But instead of moving out animals to make room for the whole squad, I got Kid Cat's picture to display outside of Agent S's house. Therefore, the lore continues without actually having to have both villagers. Thankfully, I can stop there and not have to worry about #3 or #4, haha.

I think they're adorable! As someone else pointed out, I wish there were more sibling pairings. Chrissy and Francine are cute, but there has to be more....

I love the paired/themed villagers! It's slightly a shame that there isn't more in-game dialogue that happens when you have a pair or set, but I think it's cute that there's a theme and there's an option for people to "collect them all" if they want.
I do the same thing. Last month, I paired Lucky with Ankha to put the Ancient Egyptians together on my island

it would be cool if paired/set villagers had special interactions with each other in game if you have them on your island together :> i think that would be a nice detail and incentive to keep them together on the island!!

it's so cute and i wish there were more pairs like them tbh, so many of the villagers have siblings listed in their new leaf biographies so it's a missed opportunity to not create more villagers that are related to other villagers. for example i think an "angel" styled sibling for shino would be adorable 
I'm okay with them, but my favourite villager is Francine (CF nostalgia, from when she was one of my starters and I didn't know that Chrissy existed), and although Chrissy is cute, I don't want her, partially because there are many other villagers I like more (especially when it comes to peppy rabbits), but I think the biggest reason is that I'd feel like a third wheel if I had both Francine and Chrissy on my island. I like having Francine be her own person without the need for a counterpart. Similarly, I love Chevre, but I don't really care for Nan, so I have no interest in having them together, either.

I think its cute but there would be this pressure to find and get the "others". Although its strange, I feel Kid Cat or anyone else in the "group" you could have on their own but its one of those things that if you choose to, it would be awesome if you got them all together in one place, the same with the robots. However, I feel the pressure comes when its siblings, I feel like if I had Chrissy I'd have to get her sister etcetc because they shouldn't be apart, family sticks together. It's not really a downside or a problem but if you have plans for other villagers, two slots are down.

They do look cute the pair/set villagers but for me I would like individual ones I like difference between them all with there own personality and types of interests. I like getting really coloured bright islanders with big personality's

It's a real cute idea, but I feel obliged to have both/the others, otherwise it just feels incomplete. Like I had Francine on my island a while back and tried to get Chrissy (this was before I had their amiibos), and I ended up restarting anyways. And it's not like you get any special interactions between them, which would've been a great feature.
i think they’re so cute, and a lovely way to add uniqueness to some villagers since not many have a pair/set they’re a part of. i especially love when villagers with a pair have a photo of them in their house or some other reference/connection to them (ex. chèvre and nan) — i think it’s adorable. 
i don’t think i’ve ever had a complete pair/set on my island though as i tend to like one villager in each one more than the other/s, and i don’t want to invite the other/s just for the sake of having a pair/set, y’know? i also just prefer to invite my villagers as individuals rather than as a part of something (i’ve had chèvre without nan, lucky without ankha etc), but i still love the concept!
i agree with @/ZeldaCrossing64 that special interactions between paired villagers would be amazing, though. that would definitely entice me a lot more than aesthetic. ;w;

It kind of depends, I like the sisters, but not so much about superheroes. I don't think I would get any sets just because they match, but they're cute.

I would like more connections between the villagers. The two sisters Francine and Chrissy are both cute, the two goats too and of course I love the group of superheroes! I think it's good ideas on the part of the developers to have created links between different characters, giving them a common theme, but it's not enough. I would like to see more to be honest. I certainly dream a bit a lot but who knows, in the next game, two brothers this time?
