✨🌈How do you prefer your Villager Houses layout?🌈✨

I like both ways to be honest, but I’ve yet to start terraforming my island, so I’m not sure which way I’ll be doing. If I had to say which one I like better, probably the neat and organized way. Sometimes having all the villagers all in one place makes it easier to tell who is home and who is not. Plus, this way you can find them a little easier too.

All my villagers houses are in the village-area. Some live outside the village. Most of my villagers have their own yard. I like my town being a bit realistic, like a real village would look like

i have mine in mostly small clusters/pairs! i like that it feels like different little neighborhoods

I felt like my island was too big to cram everyone into one neighborhood. I didn't want just one area with houses, I wanted to spread out my population at least a little bit.

My solution was to make 3 neighborhoods, one with 4 houses and two with 3 houses. I am working on making 3 community areas for each neighborhood that is kind of like a shared yard

I like to scatter them around give them a decent amount of space if I can so I can decorate around their houses

My neighbourhood is tiered so all villagers and player characters lived in the same tiered streets. They all have their individual yard which I try to make reflective of their characters. I like them to have neighbours. So Dom and Pietro are neighbours as are Kabuki and Wolfgang. Beau has perfect position next to my house because hes awesome obviously.... Raymond's on the other side

Mine's all in one area, but unlike others I actually purposely try not to line them up lol
