I’m absolutely sure is 40+, there’s no way that it’s NOT. I played EVERYTHING (totally worth it) and I had a lot of fun doing it. Even being a student didn’t stop me, although I did procrastinate and put things off because I didn’t have the time :/
I spent a whole day alone drawing and coloring for my team's magazine mash-up entry, to the point where my butt went numb, so no doubt I've spent more than 40+ hours. It was worth it though, it was fun being very active with a community, plus it got me back into art.
I probably spent somewhere around 20 hours on fair related activities. I would have loved to spend more, especially on the art ones, but I got a full-time job the same week the fair started. Adjusting to a new job and juggling the fair in my very limited spare time turned into a real challenge.
I can't count, but I can say it was way too much time for someone who studies and works.. But from home atm, so let's say I'm easely distracted... I had a lot of fun, especially trying out digital art for the first time, but it's time to pay more attention to other things in my life lol I haven't even played NH much during the fair because I didn't have time for it all
I joined everything except house of mirrors because I don't know any nintendo characters so it would just be a waste of time. Also couldn't participate on trivia nights
i’m not sure how many hours i spent nor do i have an estimate but it’s definitely less than 10. i really only participated in the events/contests that were fairly laidback and not super time-consuming and so,, i didn’t rack up many hours at all c’:
had to change my vote because this last dream is kicking my butt 20-30 hours total now. I didn't participate in the celeste's observatory coloring pages because I thought it would be too time consuming, but now I wish I would have have.. although with school I wouldn't have had much time to do it. thankfully I can still color them on my own time c: (ty laudine <3 )
I'd probably say too many yet not nearly enough, if that makes sense. lol but I guess if I had to put a number on it, I'd probably say at least 20-30 hrs. Nonetheless first time fair goer here and it was definitely time well spent. I had lots of fun participating in the events.
An embarrassing amount for the end results, but it was fun!
I'm very slow, each Celeste coloring took me a full day or two off and on. Drawing anything takes me ages and for many of the prompts I had a couple ideas and would try them all. I haven't really played normally, spending a lot of time at Harv's or setting up for pictures, but it's okay because it gave me something to do. I'm going to miss it! Hopefully there's more events coming in future. The summer ones were fun, too.
I can't keep count for non drawing events. My first Celeste Observatory I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on, my second was 3 hours and 11 minutes and my third was 3 hours and 2 minutes. My signature I spent 57 minutes on and my profile icon is 40 minutes. My Cosmic Cosmetics took 2 hours and 4 minutes .-. (My drawing app keeps the time of how long each thing took me).
So all together that's like 11-12 hours of drawing ALONE (Idk how to math). AAAA. The thing is to, had I not rushed myself with my first Celeste Observatory entry and had my app not kept crashing on me as I did the other two entries, I would have more drawing time.
Drawing took the most time thou, all the game entries I did quickly cause they were easy and the Haiku I technically thought over for a few days but that doesn't really count since I wasn't thinking it over 24/7.
At first I thought 40 hours is alot, but seeing how my drawings alone took 11-12 hours, and none of them were done but two of them I had to stop due to software issues, I can see how others have accumulated that many hours into the fair.
I'm slow and picky when it comes to my drawings ;-; esp for a contest against others (even thou I would never win but I still want to make it look like I put in an actual effort).
Easily 40+ though I haven't been tracking very carefully. And that means 40+ hours of FUN FUN FUN! I'm stuck indoors, summer was canceled, and everything is terrible. But not here. Here we had a super fun virtual fair and it was an extremely well-timed distraction. So not a moment felt wasted for me, as far as my experience of it went!
I'm gonna guess that it was less than 10 for me. Between school and work, I just didn't have the energy or brain capacity to participate in every activity, but I did enough to get a little bit of everything and I'm happy!
Easily 40+ hours. I'm very slow at completing drawing and colouring events, like easily 5+ hours for each celestes and dream sequence. Starry snaps and cosy photo would've taken 10+ hours too, by the time I've picked and uploaded what I like. Combined with everything else in between, it would've easily been 40+ hours. I think that's a good effort compared to the 2017 fair where I only earned about 20 tickets in total
