When I was around 11 I got my first phone which was when I started to walk to school. It wasn't even touchscreen but it was good to have! First smartphone was a couple years later.
My mom gave me her old phone and I don't remember which model it was, but I just upgraded to a new one this last Spring. Again, don't know which one it is, as I'm not good with phones yet and I don't pay too close attention to things like that. XD
Wow, there’s an IPhone 3? I’m a fetus, I only know the iPhone 5 and I just thought they started it there (/ω\) Anyways I got a phone by 6th grade I think, it was a really cheap one I think my parents got for 20 bucks. I've destroyed 2 phones and I'm in 7th grade (?◇? btw I'm 13
I got my first one when I was eight because my parents got a divorce so I could still text my dad. Because my dad had a smartphone, I got one too for WhatsApp and stuff. It was a really old iPhone (The old one from my granddad who had just recently passed away. Yeah I got the phone of someone who had just died) but it was fine and I ended up having it for three years. I only had WhatsApp on it tho (no YouTube and such) so I rarely used it lmao
Around 13 I think. I was in the first 1 or 2 years of high school, so must have been then.
Was just one of those old Nokia's that didn't do much else other than ring, text and play Snake. My mum gave it me since I was out a lot and she wanted to know she could contact me/I could contact her if anything happened.
Never really used it since phones didn't do 10,000 different things then. They just rang and sent messages.
I think I was around 13 years old when I got my first phone hahaha! It was the Nokia, and oh man were those strong LOL! I always had a flip phone or a really old phone since I never used my phone besides calling or texting my parents. I think I finally got a phone upgrade when I was out of high school LOL Now I use my phone too much ; v ;
Pretty young. Possibly 10. I walked home alone a lot and did some after school functions. So, it was more so there was always a way to call for help if needed.
I was 19,20 I think. When I finally got a full time job. I didn't grow up in a household where all the kids could have their own phones by their 13th birthday. It was all up to me to get my own when I could afford one. It's a struggle sometimes to pay the bill as is. That's adulthood though. Usually in some sort of dept. Haha.
