is your sleep schedule consistent? do you stay up late or go to bed early, and on the other side, do you wake up late or early?
i know my sleep schedule is super inconsistent and also super unhealthy haha. i rarely get more than 7 hours of sleep and im usually averaging 5 or 6 hours. but i have school in the morning and friends in the evening and both of those are fun for me so i can't really complain haha..
honestly its all over the place.. my work schedule is also pretty all over the place so it just depends. some nights i work like 2-7 and some days i work like 7-3. so im either up late or i go to sleep early. i used to get like 4-6 hours of sleep all the time but it was becoming too unhealthy for me so now i try to at least get 7 hours :3 sleep is very important!
I actually have a sleep disorder call Delayed Sleep Phase. What that means is that my body's circadian rhythm is permanently off from what most people would consider a normal schedule. I don't start getting tired until 2-3am and if left to my own devices, I sleep until around noon. There's not really much I can do to correct it. I follow a strict schedule intended to help me fall asleep earlier, but at best I still can't fall asleep before 1am. I have to wake up at 7am for work, so I only get 5-6 hours of sleep a night on workdays. On weekends, I catch up by sleeping late. I need more sleep, but unless I could switch my work schedule to 2nd shift, I don't see it happening, and because I work in IT I have to be there during normal 8-5 business hours.
i mean its pretty decent bc i seem to always wake up around 7 no matter when i go to bed. it means im pretty much always tired but at least i dont miss the bus
Pretty consistently messed up, lol. Even when I try to correct it something usually messes it up again. That being said, I average around 7-10 hours still daily. c:

When I'm not in holiday I usually go to sleep at around 11pm or midnight and wake up at 7am.
But when I'm in holiday or week-end I allow myself to sleep at 1am or even 2am. The time I wake up at depends. For some reason when I'm at my dad's place (only go there during holidays since he lives in the south of France), I can wake up at 11am or 12pm, but when I'm at my mom's I usually wake up at 9am or 10am. I need a bit of time to adapt between the two somehow.
So yeah, pretty balanced sleep schedule! Quite rare these days I see.
Around six hours on a good day. Usually for school I go sleep around 10 - 11 and wake up at six. On the weekend I go to sleep whenever and get up around six to take out my dog and usually go back to sleep for a while. ☆
i wish this was my life!
i have homework every night (and a social life lol) and in the mornings i have school pretty early..

I don’t really sleep that well, but I’m pretty used to being tired all the time. I don’t usually get over 6 hours of sleep— in fact if anything I probably only get around 5 hours, depending; sometimes less.
For a very long time my sleep schedule was perfect, I always went to bed around 9 or 10 PM. Nowadays, I just can't shake the habit of going to bed at 1 AM or later. Seeing as I'm typically a morning person, I still try to wake up at 7 AM. It's pretty disastrous.
A lot of the time I end up waking up at 10 AM regardless, even if I do manage to go to bed earlier than 1.
