I'm so sorry to keep you both waiting.Trying some troubleshooting steps now, hopefully it works.
We keep getting a Nintendo error message saying "unable to connect to partner's device". We tried following some troubleshooting steps but we're not tech geniuses LOL.

NessSuccess, you have the most recent software update, right? (I think it came out a few days ago).
try shutting off your wifi connection on your DS (the switch next to the XABY buttons) and turn it back on before talking to porter! that's what i did![]()
Damn that's a shame...
I guess we'll have to try this again tomorrow or something
