though i haven't played nintendogs in quite some time, lately i've been thinking if nintendo could ever consider or make a nintendogs for the switch. the game is super nostalgic for me, and i'm sure for others as well, and if done properly, i think it could be quite successful! what do you guys think? 🤔

ugh i would love an HD nintendogs, though i’m not sure how likely it is. wasn’t too popular a game amongst my group of friends..

also does the switch even have a microphone? maybe that’d be a good opportunity for another nintendo online switch functionality.

and with motion controls you could train them to respond to gestures instead of voice commands.

Little Friends: Dogs & Cats is supposed to be that, but they would really be better off just remaking the DS version. It was perfect.

While there is Little Friends: Dogs and Cats, and I do own it and enjoy it, I'd love to see a new Nintendogs game! Can't believe it's been almost 10 years since the last game came out.

I am hoping that there is one already in development. There is a third party game like it but it does not have the same charm.

Really hoping this could become an actual thing! I remember having so much fun with Nintendogs back in the day.

Nintendogs was the game that made me get a DS Lite! I loved my puppies and I would absolutely love it if Nintendo remade Nintendogs for the Switch. Does anyone know if Little Friends: Dogs & Cats is a good substitute?

i agree that motions controls would be a super cool addition to the game! however, switch lites would be unable to have them. but maybe a switch stylus could be a new addition as well? (if there isn't one out already)

i've been looking at the reviews for little friends: dogs & cats and they're not looking to good. the graphics may look good, but there's a lack in depth from what i've read. it doesn't have baths, pet training, or voice commands (since there is no microphone in the switch)
