Now that we've reached (or almost reached) all announced updates so faar... What next?

I don't think there will be an anniversary update, and I doubt they will make QOL changes now.

Nintendo isn't exactly known for being a very pro-customer company, they very much expect people to play their games the way they would play them and don't often listen to feedback. I think it would be very lucky if we got any of the things we've asked for this year.

Isn't Pocket Camp a Nintendo-licensed product, and not first party software? I imagine the team behind PC has more time and resources available, and greater motivation$ to update the game regularly.

I had to look it up. The game is developed by Nintendo EPD and NDCube. Both are owned by Nintendo.
Nintendo EPD is a division of Nintendo, and NDCube is a subsidiary.

The game's producer is Hideki Konno, who appears to be in in charge of the Nintendo EPD division.

I think we'll get Zelda items, and then hopefully Pokemon items.

What I'd really like are more museum additions. New fish and bugs to catch. Artifacts to collect (like in Stardew Valley). The return of Gyroids. Anything to keep me playing for fun and not out of obligation.

I think gyroids are coming back and I can see them adding more collectibles. Of what? No idea, lol.
