My villagers like to hang out behind resident services instead of infront. Mostly they run. Nothing back there except a couple if trees and flowers and a river.
Broffina is never impressed with my dancing and ignores me while my other villagers will join in or clap. She also walks away from me if she sees me nearby lol.
Oohhh i love this thread! I love it when 2 will walk past each other and they have like a little stare down~ or when they sit on the ground when there's a chair next to them
One thing that annoys me is that I always see them running around my island like that so called "Naruto run" it can get really annoying especially when Is see them running past my flowers when I put "Do not run/pick" signs on the ground whenever I have random people on my island during trading.
They seat on the floor all the time even when there are a lot of benches and chairs. Also sometimes they stand on the dame spot for several minutes without moving not doing anything. Also seating on the spot I want to terraform.
Mines always like to do some exercise near a specific tree next a flower, then sit, then stand up, watch the flower with an intense stare, do their exercise again and rinse and repeat.
Just to revisit this again, I have one specific villager with the play hobby that without a doubt will mow me down. No other play hobby villager has done this.

I terraformed a lot and added a bunch of waterfalls on the island, and they like to try and fish where the water meets the ground or they just sit right in front of it lol
I see Eloise walking from her home, through the shopping bit, to the plaza and back several times per day. Why she does it, I have no idea. But she really likes that path.
I just watched as Dizzy stood at the top of my log staircase, leaned over the edge, and watered the flowers that were all the way at the bottom of the stairs. Didn't even know he could do that lmao, but it definitely made me giggle. Sadly I was too slow to get a screenshot!
I see villagers exercising and I go and join them and they immediately stop and walk away!! Another thing is I want to take a photo with a villager and they get up and leave.
I don't feel like I've noticed anybody doing anything out of the ordinary in New Horizons, and definitely no repeated behavior. In New Leaf though, one time when Muffy was a resident, she decided to go minimalist and rapidly got rid of basically everything in her house except for like her bed and the table in the center of the room. It was kind of interesting.
There were several times where I would see Pecan continuously stare at me while I decorate some parts of my island. She holds her broomstick and sweeps the ground and then follows me around for a few minutes, proceeding to stare at me. I always laugh out loud whenever she does this because I always see her cleaning the ground and following me around the island and she never stops staring at me
more often than not, these little fools are sitting on the ground next to the chairs and benches. whenever i see them actually using the outdoor furniture i get my camera out so quick.
oh, and bluebear switches to a plain white tank top after a few hours when i give her clothes lately. -_-
Another thing is I want to take a photo with a villager and they get up and leave.
