My oldest is Dom, he was the jock I started with. I moved him to my other island, then back to my main, so I could get his regular house. But he's always been there.
Henry, my forced campsite villager. I've debated a few times whether to let him go though. My first blue rose was on his birthday though... so I feel it was destiny for me to keep the froggy.
As I got rid of my two starting villagers, that honor goes to Raymond, who was my first campsite villager. I haven't quite decided if I'll keep him or not, but for now he stays!
my longest-term resident is fang, who i got the day i started my current island at the end of september (time traveled a lot to progress the game, obviously). he is never leaving, i love him. he is also one of only two of my original ten villagers left on my island.
He is such sweetie and he is high level in friendship so he probably ain't leaving anytime soon! I feel like I might be too sentimental because he was one of my first villagers when I started my island. I would maybe let him go someday because he is over the top being a jock, but he threw my birthday in the game. Idk we will see!
Mine is Mira she was one of the original villagers to set up the island with me. I don’t hate her but I would like to move her out soon, mainly because her house looks pretty awful compared to all my other villagers who have great interiors.
Derwin was my 4th villager. He moved in via first guaranteed Lazy villager on the mystery island. He originally had the starter Lazy house interior but I found a kind member on here who was willing to take him and cycle him out again for me so I could get his proper interior.
He's not going anywhere. He's pretty underrated and a cutie. My friends were all gushing over him too. ❤
I still have my two starters since March 20th 2020: Sterling and Diva. They're staying with me for a very long time and their house interiors don't bother me at all.
Dom and Cherry were my starters and I'm not letting them leave. I don't know how I managed to get them without resetting at all, though. I was actually planning to scan in Cherry with her card, but she was just already there!
Sherb! He was my third ever villager and still has his starting house. He was my dreamie since his reveals and I feel it was fated he was my very first NMT encounter
Either Annalisa, Bella, or Tucker. I don't remember whose house I placed first or anything like that. They were the Normal, Peppy, and Lazy villagers I chose to be residents in the early game. I replaced my starting villagers of Snake and Ursala because I had other villagers in mind for my Jock and Sisterly residents, so those three are the oldest.

Reneigh who was one of my original two villagers is my oldest. I really like her but she's asked to move a few times and I'd really love her to actually have her proper home but I think I'll keep her to at least the first year anniversary. Sprinkle was in my first five as well and I think I'll likely end up keeping her till I'm done with the game.
this counts in my head, but patty was one of my very first villagers in new leaf and she has stuck with me for at least a year!! come new horizons, i start my safe file and a couple days later she moves in.. i feel like missed me and moved to my island to see me again
