so this sounds really weird for me to say, but I'm not really a fan of cheese. now I'm obsessed with, like, the container of nacho cheese that you can buy at the store for chips, cream cheese for bagels, as well as Velveeta mac&cheese, but besides that I often find myself avoiding it. it doesn't help that there are tons of cheese varieties that I don't like, mainly swiss.
I was thinking about this because for lunch today I got myself a slice of cheese pizza, and I just took the topping off of it because I honestly don't really like it.
I also tend to have a weird reaction when I eat foods that are "homemade" and have cheese on them, including the things I mentioned above that I actually like. I think I might be partially lactose intolerant, or maybe there's just something in it that I can't handle. it hasn't been a big enough issue for me to really look into it though.
I absolutely LOVE cheese, especially cooked cheese. Now, this is for unprocessed cheeses (I find that “American” cheese is gross) or dips. I also don’t like Swiss on it’s own (but in a dish is fine and good).
Cheese is amazing! Melted, cubed, creamy, etc. I like any type of cheese I have tried so far besides provolone and the processed cheese (kraft singles, cheese whiz, etc).
Cheese is amazing. My faves are definitely brie, cheddar, blue cheese, and mozzarella. Brie on salt + pepper crackers with butter and grapes is the perfect light meal imo. Also got this apricot cheese a few weeks ago and that was really great too.
The worst cheese is definitely that orange American cheese (more like plastic than cheese), not sure how common it is in America but it seems more popular there than the unprocessed cheeses from what I've seen.
I don’t usually eat cheese I prefer the fake vegan cheeses because I’m lactose intolerant and that’s what I’m used to. I’ll eat craft Mac and cheese sometimes. I’ll eat goldfish crackers and things like that, but I just don’t really like cheese anymore.
Vegan cheese is delicious! I love it on pizza and grilled cheese. I love to make my own too! I use ingredients like kappa carrageenan, agar, arrow root, tapioca starch, aquafaba. It’s so fun and easy.
Love most varieties of cow's milk cheese. I'm not a huge fan of goat/sheep's milk cheeses due to how gamey? farm-y? they smell. But cow's milk cheese? love it. I think burrata is my favorite.
I love cheese and stuff that's cheese flavored like Cheez-Its or potato chips.My favorite cheeses are sharp cheddar,smoked provolone,pepper jack,muenster,goat cheese,gorgonzola,feta,bleu and that cream cheese spread with the bits of vegetables in it.I also like longhorn but it's hard to find nowadays.
I like cheese whether it's shredded, sliced, and incorporated into foods. Though I'm not too sure about blue cheese as I tried it once and not my cup of tea.
