I am re-considering my initial thoughts on Diamond/Pearl remakes. I was really not impressed with the art style they chose, BUT if they are bringing back Mega Evolutions like I heard then I would definitely be interested. I've been missing those more recently.

And if I'm looking for a specific Pokémon should I post it in this forum, or would it be better to post in the TBT Marketplace ?

I believe they announced a Y-Com like mechanic for BDSP so it depends when you unlock that. In SwSh, you unlock it fairly early because you get it right when you get your Dynamax Band. So my guess maybe when you get the Poketch in BDSP?

I made a thread for those games specifically and it hasn’t been locked or anything by the staff, so I’m guessing so.

According to leaks, BDSP is very faithful to DP. Few minor changes beside Grand Underground which is changed a lot but wasn’t gone over in the leaks. A few animation errors. Apparently a few demo OST was left in. I guess this will be patched later. Affection mechanic is tied to following Pokémon.
Leaker dipped before showing Post Game so nothing is known after the champion.

every Pokémon from gen 1-4 are in BDSP and I believe all can be obtained in the game with most being in the underground.

Any Pokémon, Evolutions, or forms introduced passed platinum is not in BDSP.

I might not get mine until next week as well. All depends on when the store ships them out and if Canada Post will deliver on time and directly to my mailbox. If it goes to the post office instead I have to at least wait until the following day to pickup. Oh well.

They added free Lucas and Dawn clothing in Pokémon Go to celebrate the upcoming release of the remakes. I didn’t go for the full Dawn outfit as I feel like my trainer would freeze wearing it were I live, but I did change into her hat at least.

Same, especially for Pokemon. I have physical copies of at least one game from each gen. Including Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, FireRed, Diamond, Platinum, SoulSilver, Black, Black 2, X, Alpha Sapphire, Moon, Ultra Moon, Let's Go Eevee and Sword. So I'm not about to stop with Brillant Diamond. I'll have to take an updated picture of all my games once the reamkes release.
