Did anyone else find that the update removed some pokestops near them?? Like this cemetery near me was FILLED with them, and I drove by tonight and it was empty, but the gyms and pokestops across the street were still visible so I don't think it was a amtter of them just not loading??

Yeah I believe they removed some pokestops, they also changed some nests to have diff stuff. I have no idea based on what they removed pokestops, but possibly because it's a cemetery and people might not like people playing a phone game in a cemetery?

Awww I don't like the new update they took out the footsteps which is dumb i really depended on them

But the footsteps haven't worked in ages?...

I kinda disagree, since them removing the whole gameplay element kind of sends the message that they're not going to fix it and they don't care about it as a gameplay element, even though it's really nice to even have a vague idea of where a Pokemon is.

yeah true. hopefully they'll put it (or something similar to it) back and make it function. but imo it's better to not have it if it doesn't work

why cant you just refer to them as people instead of their weight?

Because I was attempting to imply that these people looked like they didn't go out that much, and I feel like pokemon go is good with helping people going out, but how else am I going to describe them?

I haven't noticed anything removed from my normal route. I'll have to double check on my ride today to see any differences. I did go by an area in my normal route anyways and none seemed to be removed.

Also, it was planned for some to be removed as some areas didn't need them. They planned for a submission for people to remove PokeStops if they didn't want it on their property. Cemeteries were most of the areas were PokeStops went down as people believed they they didn't need any and it should be an area of respect and not people running around for Pokemon.

They removed it because it wasn't working. (We all know that)
However, it is believed that they are working on a new tracking system. Until then, the steps weren't needed.

I saw an Oinx with a high cp today (haven't caught one before) and I ran out of pokeballs will trying to catch it, yay for having a great throw. So I missed Oinx and i'm back down to 0 great/pokeballs, I'm probably going into the city with my sibs tomorrow though with the sole purpose of stocking up, so that should be fun. having no pokeballs so often makes me want to buy some pokecoins but i'm not sure if it's worth it. it's hard to stock up when there's only one stop that's really in walking distance from me, just buying some would be much easier but idk.

I'm glad they removed the distance thing though as tracking just didn't work, it was annoying seeing one 3 steps away and no matter how much you walked it would still be 3 away, but I hope they bring out a tracking system that actually works soon!

I believe Pokevision was told to stop by Niantic, since technically it breaks the rules or something? But there are other options for Pokemon tracking. I downloaded this Pokemon Go Live Map thingy and it works just fine. Even shows pokestops and whether they're lured or not, which I'm pretty sure Pokevision didn't show.

I've heard there were a few removed around here, but I haven't seen any that I usually stopped at that were removed.

I was playing Pokemon go earlier and I got this really low leveled Eevee (18 CP I think) And I went to go transfer it and I was a bit distracted and I accidentally evolved it instead, so I closed the app immediately but that didn't do anything, so I had this extremely low leveled Vaporeon. So then I transferred it... >.<
