Police surrounded the man's corpse, trying to identify his way of death. "There seems to be no puncture wounds whatsoever. But there have been several reports of human deaths recently. This creature must be one of the suspects behind it." They said, continuing to examine the corpse.

Ahri continued to run until she couldn't any longer, finally falling onto her knees behind a bush. She had made a huge mistake.

The police turned around, noticing some man with wings. "What the..? Are you aware of the human killings that have been going on? Or are you one of the killers..." He said, quickly dismissing it to continue his story. "Some nine-tailed creature was just seen killing this man, but we don't know how she did it. His daughter saw what she looked like, so she can help us find her. If you know who she is, it would be smart to bring her to us."

Shiki threw some sticks into the fire to keep it going.
She glanced at the sleeping Rebel girl.
Booo... I wonder why she's been out for so long?

"I saw her with my own eyes!" The little girl said, she was about 11 years in age. The policeman frowned. "Myth or not, that creature is responsible for murder and if you can help us it would be worth your time. She alone is not the sole cause of these murders, that's for sure. Some people have been seen with heads displaced."

Ahri then began to consider stealing the souls of those policemen. They could not be allowed to live knowing her secret..

I'll just stay right by the camp. She decided.

Shiki picked flowers and vines, deciding she'd like to make a flower crown.
She thought she heard screams, but maybe her mind was just playing tricks on her.
