What bothers me the most about this design is the fact that he doesn't wear gloves. Instead he
has now white hands? Why didn't they gave him any gloves? Also, I don't wanna sound like Chris
Chan, but why does he has blue arms? I thought the blue arms thing was only for "Sonic Boom"
Sonic? Or did I missed something? In general, this design looks so questionable. Seriously, I've
seen better fan art of a live-action looking like Sonic then this one. Now I just wonder how
Sonic's friends (if they are even in the movie) and Eggman will look like. So far, I'm not really
excited for this movie. Gonna pass if all characters looking so weird like this.

Inb4 live-action Dr. Eggman in the movie is shown as the most hideous, ugliest, nightmare-fuel looking character that has ever been seen in a movie before.
Seriously though. With how Sonic is looking, I don’t expect the others to look much better. Wouldn’t be surprised if people left halfway through the movie because they couldn’t stand the look of the characters anymore LOL

i can't confirm if it's true or not since i just saw it on a random post a few days ago, but someone was saying this wasn't the final design and i sure HOPE that's the case. he looks so wrong with blue arms and no gloves and regular shoes!!!! D:
i really don't get why ppl making live action adaptions are so scared of making stuff cartoonish. not everything has to be super realistic for it to fit in, and also sonic is basically an alien so he doesn't have to have a weird human body either! and WHAT is up with the white fur between his eyes?? give him his weird connected eyeballs or leave them separate and don't add markings cowards....

Most people are probably gonna see it just for the lols. The only thing this movie has going for it is how bad it is anticipated to be.
These are my biggest fears to be honest. I mean, nothing against Jim Carry, I could imagine that he's able
to perform a good Eggman, but when it comes to the look, it could be that he will look so stupid that he
doesn't look like Eggman at all or so cringy that you can't take him serious. On the other hand, maybe
they just fail with the design for the heores, but maybe the bad guys looking better? I don't know, I
hope they not gonna fail Eggman too. Otherwise I guess we would get more content for some silly
memes. :')
And yeah, I guess some people may get mad and left halfway through the movie just because they can't
deal with it. Best candidate for this is already Chris Chan (who already got mad when it comes to Sonic
having blue arms). But I guess some people will also stay just to see how good or bad it is at the end.
Not sure however if this movie could be as successful as Detective Pikachu (which at least looks way
better then Sonic right now).

As trashy as this movie was (I saw I Hate Everything's video on YouTube about it), I agree that they
actually did a good job here with the design.
Wonder when they gonna drop the first trailer for the movie and what the story is about. Some
people seem to also wonder if Shadow is in it or not. Hopefully not, because I don't want to imagine
how he would look like (I mean, sure, his design could be maybe better then Sonic's, but still...).

Honestly the new design of Sonic majorly creeps me out, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t going to see this movie lmao - I’m very intrigued as to what a Sonic live action film would be like!
